As the upscale decor and sounds of piano attract you to the bar downstairs at the Pullman, do not be entranced. Much as the Pullman here masquerades as a 5 star hotel, so, too, does this lounge/bar offer something other than it appears. The upside here is that you will likely have more staff than outnumber the guests. One might be forgiven for thinking that this might imply exceptional service quality and speed. Alas, orders were forgotten, arrived late or inconsistently, and were of very poor quality upon arrival - food and drink both. There's a McDonald's just down the street - that's probably a better bar/lounge than this one. Even the bill came late... They wouldn't let us leave this horrid place. Will not return.

Restaurant has a happy hour deal from 5pm to 7pm. I was taking the rm20++ freeflow beer of Heneikan or Tiger within the two hours. This was a super good deal to have cold nice draft beer after a long busy day. They have some good Tapas to go along with beer too. I ll continue to stay in this hotel in my future visit just because of this good deal rom the restaurant. Thumb up!!
