Beer is good! Food is ok when you’re hungry after a day of skiing but ordering both food & Drinks at the bar creates a real bottleneck. We stopped in because we saw it had 4.3 stars and that was more that the other restaurants nearby. All of the tables were dirty but they cleaned one when I asked them. I had to order at the bar and they brought the food to the table when it was done... that was fine. I ordered the burger which was probably the worst burger I've ever had. Ready made beef patty from Restaurant Depot or another food service company, "Brioche Roll" was cold and the whole thing didn't have flavor. Fries were OK but they were standard precut frozen fries.. can't screw those up.. After I left, I realized why people go there... They go, they let their kids run around in the arcade, drink until life becomes numb and don't care what they're eating. If that's what you want, then this is the place to go. If you want to have a good meal and unwind, I'm not sure there's anything near Sunday River that fits the bill. I will edit this post after I try another restaurant tonight that was highly recommended but has fewer stars. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Not joking. **** Update: I found a good place… Millbrook Tavern **** Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

We just tried this place on a whim to get out of the house. And it ended up being one of my absolute favorite breweries in the area! The burger was PHENOMENAL as was the Robin Stout,and IPA! Definitely making this a place we go back to! Just an update: We've been back several times and the food is wonderfully spicy and delicious every time! Had a Irish Stout and it was awesome! Best atmosphere..we sat outside on the deck across from Sunday River Mountain, and the view was stunning at sunset!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
