During my visit to the Lemall branch of Deek Duke, I had the pleasure of being served by Zakaria, who was excellent. He was attentive and efficient, ensuring that everything went smoothly on our table. The manager also took the time to visit our table, which added a personal touch to our dining experience.
While Deek Duke specializes in chicken, I must mention that the pizza was not up to par. It seemed more like a thin bread with sauce and chicken rather than a traditional pizza. However, this minor setback did not overshadow the overall experience. The other items we ordered, such as the cheese balls and wings, made a huge impression on us and contributed to a memorable dining experience.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Deek Duke to anyone who appreciates delicious chicken, great appetizers, good portions, and amazing prices. Despite the minor setback with the pizza, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely go back to Deek Duke and enjoy another delightful meal.

we know the circumstances in the country but deek duke it’s a signature restaurant for me.
It was calm atmosphere, but they need more staff even more friendly

Deek duke, my go to place, my go to half grilled chicken with baked potato and veggies, the food flavour is consistent delicious and clean. The service is great, tables and utensils are always clean, they know the menu inside and out, manager passes by the tables to see if people are satisfied, the price is great for the quality, even the delivery orders get customer feedbacks. Highly recommended

We came for lunch, the waiters took so long to come to our table, we had to shout out loud for someone to come, the food was ok, not great, the waiters were friendly but the service was bad, i ordered a soft drink but didn't came, the experience was a disappointment!

Being a hospitality professional myself and an ex roadster mystery shopper in 2005, I could easily say that your branch in Le Mall Dbayyeh is everything but a Deek Duke standard one... Disregarding the lack of standard and moral in the Lebanese Hospitality sector in general but I was hoping that Deek Duke would be different... We were 3 persons on friday lunch time (around 14:00) and our order was a baked potato, buffalo wings, hottie chicken, chicken platter, and something else (you can check)... We were not welcomed at all, so we just went in and the waiter was like "Hi neshfe", and we chose a couch next to the bar. The Barman decided to clean the whole washed glasses tray during service so you can imagine the noise. In addition, as our timing was close the shifts changing, the staff of the second shift were sitting on the couch behind us and laughing and talking with the staff in service in a loud voice. Speaking of the floor manager, he was just passing by us without any interaction (I could only know that he's the manager from the black shirt). We were like 3 tables at the time and food took 25 minutes to arrive. Speaking of the food, you have two options for the wings: "either you buy the bigger size wings or you increase the wings in the basket". Apart from this, it doesn't work. The chicken platter was good technically speaming but without any soul. The Hottie chicken was nice but I asked for an addition which wasn't taken into consideration. The baked potato was purely nothing (I can make it at home, so no point of a Deek Duke experience for it). Finally, we paid and left but definitely not coming back. The hospitality staff is suffering from lack of respect, professionalism, moral, and most importantly "Spirit".

I liked this branch it cozy and the interior design is refreshing and gives positive vibes.
We ordered the Mushroom n cheese burger, double press burger (all meat) and 1/2 grilled chicken. I liked the mushroom cheese more, for the grilled chicken it was a little bit dry. It could be better.
Service is good and the staff is very welcoming.
Place is always tidy and clean.
Prices are acceptable.
we passed by deek duke for lunch the place is well decorated comfortable the staff are welcoming we ordered and had to wait around 25 min for the food i had a chiken avocado sand. it was ok the chicken escalope and the grilled chicken platters were good. the price is fair related to what we have ordered ***
