This place is awesome! Not only does it offer a great selection of nice wines and cheeses, it also provides a beautiful sit down dining experience! The new dinner menu is incredible! Excellent options, sandwiches for lunch as well. Make sure you order the croquettes!
The space is so beautiful and well laid out. The selection of specialty items is exceptional, one of 5 places in the country to get Animal Farm butter!!! The Caesar salad is one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for lunch/ dinner and specialty foods!!!!

This is a very nice place - not a pinnacle place just yet, but they're on the right track. Focused on Vermont cheeses but also carries plenty of others. Beautiful, open back kitchen area to relax and have an app and a glass before planning your approach to the charcuterie, cheese, and wine purchases. We enjoyed it.
Great wine selection, awesome staff with incredible knowledge. I feel like there is a free tasting whenever we go in. Great cheese monger as well! Everyone is so friendly and it is reasonably priced for the quality.

I attended our company holiday party at Dadelus, Stowe in December, 2023. They were amazing at everything. I was concerned about the venue being small at first, but it worked perfectly, and allowed us room to mingle during appetizers and plenty of seats for our party of 25 during dinner. The wine, the appetizers, the staff were all as good as I could have hoped for. The main course was one of those meals where you’re totally full, but go back for a little more just because it’s so good. My wife and I left feeling completely happy about everything.

Excellent recommendations from Kelsie! She asked great questions to understand my taste. Came back several times during our stay to buy more wine from her. Great wine!

Zach was beyond hospital and knowledgeable! Cool zenned out wine bar. They have a handicapped capable entrance, great indoor and outdoor seating, and even a temperature/humidity controlled wine cellar. The old parking lot has been totally repaved and this place is absolutely fabulous!
Great choice for some gourmet takeaway food. Truly restaurant quality main courses for heating at home. Ideal if you'd like a nice meal but don't want to venture out and don't fancy the usual ski resort fare of burger/pizza etc. Everything seemed freshly made. I didn't sample cheese and wine but those also looked good.

I came here at the recommendation of a friend. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and in less than five minutes I had been given a tasting spoon of a stunning goat cheese and a tasting of rosé. I was guided adeptly along the process of finding a bright wine to partner with the unseasonably warm weather that I could enjoy after a full day of adventures hiking and biking. Once I’d settled on a bottle of white for myself I sought guidance on a bottle for a friend to give a a gift. I decided I’d like to select a bottle from a women-owned winery or female vintner. Not only were they able to give my a handful of options, there was a local Vermont winery they had several varieties from. I opted to gift a bottle of (as my friend later called it) “pink bubbles.” The breads looked too good not to get so I also picked up a stunning rosemary focaccia to accompany the wine. I will absolutely be back when I’m in town. The staff was so exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable and gave options on style and price while not being overwhelming. The only similar wine and cheese shopping experience I’ve had is at Zingerman’s in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This was like a really quaint and mellow Vermont equivalent.
