I ordered a collection about 13 minutes before i arrived, i got to the store paid and waited for 30 minutes waiting for pizza then when i went to the counter to ask how far my pizza was i found out my order was not even submitted to the kitchen to be made. I was traveling with kids, tired and hungry i asked for a refund and left. Hughly dissapointed because i had previously received great service from the store before, i dont know what happened today.
