I've been to a few other Dave's hot chicken restaurants and they always have Coke Zero as an option for fountain drinks. Unfortunately this location does not offer Coke Zero. I'm not sure if the air conditioning is broken but when we dined in at about 7:00 p.m. it was uncomfortable inside the restaurant, we sat outdoors and that was definitely the right call. Food was great and customer service was perfect. Turn on the air condition and it would have been a five-star experience. Also, add Coke Zero, diet Coke is so last summer. Pricey. Find it completely unacceptable that if your choose no kale slaw they still keep the price the same and they offer no substitute. I’m being punished for being unable to eat or allergic to ingredients in something and they offer no way to fix it?

What a simple menu that tickles the tongue, slaps the cheeks and drips your nose. The sliders are definitely GMF (good mouth feel). The moment your teeth cuts the batter and the breast, drizzled in their creamy house sauce, rouge red spice, and gentle supple buns sloshing in your mouth as you chew slowly before your gullet receives the bolus that was your slider; that is what makes eating this so much fun. The slider was a good gradual spice increasing with every bite. Made my nose require multiple napkin wipes, spreading the chili spice around my mouth causing a warm chain reaction sensation and swelling of my lips. Don't worry, it calms down after. Overall if you're in need of a spicy sandwich, this place is a quick pick. This place satisfies those south of LA not going to Howling Rays because the drive is too far. The chicken is super tasty and tender! The breading is not too thick, it's just the right amount of crisp. I love a good hot chicken sandwich and this is one of the best I've had. I went with the "hot" level because I wanted to get a little bit of heat and still be able to taste the chicken... it was just perfect. One of these days I'll try "reaper" level heat. My 9 year old got the "mild" and it still has a good heat kick for her, she loved it. The fries are tasty and the staff is super friendly. It's not the cheapest but it's not too expensive. Amazing seasoned chicken! Probably the best high chicken that i've had for awhile. Simple, easy, and to the point. The seasoned fries are also really good. Tenders served on literally toast bread instead of burger bun and they had no one single fork left at the restaurant. When I asked them how am I supposed to eat my fries they just said that “sorry, we don’t have fork left” which wasn’t an answer to my question. Irresponsible employees. Great service with a fun atmosphere🤙 The chicken Slider no spice was large and very moist chicken, the bun was soft, Dave’s sauce and pickles was a great combination, very tasty.😋 I am eager to return and enjoy the awesome experience again.
