My experience was great, it's an extremely amazing place to go sit & watch the game, bring kids to run and blow off energy playing different varieties of video games. They have different drinks, the food menu is nice as well, you have different items to choose from. Food is mediocre. Food service was extremely SLOW. My cousin ordered cake to finish off her meal and we waited for almost 30 mins that we ended up canceling the order and just wanted to leave. It wasn’t even a full house. Waiter gave it to us on the house. They have a promotion if you buy the $15 game card you get $15 game credit on them. The app is glitchy and I didn’t get the promotion to apply to my account. I had to get them to manually add the promotion so I could get the free $15 gift card. I had to go through 3 people though. It kept getting escalated up the management chain. Such a huge inconvenience. I spent about 30 mins waiting at the front desk until one of those 3 people could figure it out while a HUGE line was forming behind me.
