This place has gone down hill, first no hostess was around to sit us at the restaurant but was told we can't sit ourselves. The waitresses have attitudes and unprofessional. The menus were dirty and disgusting. We all got a meal with fries on the side all our fries were overcooked and hare. I asked for more tartar sauce and without knowing I was charged 69 cent extra for a little cup . I felt I should have been informed it was extra then the game price has gone up cheapest price you can buy coins is 25.00! Half of the games don't even register you already paid and don't work accurately overall we spent over 80.00 and won't be returning Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food… GREAT!!! Service… SPECTACULAR!!! Atmosphere… HORRIBLE!!!! Walking into this place you could already feel the heat. Why was the heater on??!!! We sat at the bar ordered drinks, enjoyed it. Ordered food, enjoyed it… but the heat was just unbearable. Everyone around us felt the same way. Thank goodness they had sturdy menus because that’s what we were using to fan ourselves. We wanted to leave so bad because we couldn’t make a move without sweat drops dripping into our eyes. The only reason why we stayed is because PAI and ROBERT. They held it down! ran back and forth serving us and everyone else, fast on their toes, but seeing them suffer through this is heartbreaking. How do you guys expect these great employees to give outstanding service when they’re basically working in a fire pit???? Unacceptable!!! I absolutely love the service I receive every time i come here! The bar tenders are phenomenal! And i have never received anything less of perfection when it comes to service. BUT!! The actual atmosphere is ridiculous… it felt like a thousand degrees in the location. I was sweating the whole time i was there and stepped out twice for some cool air from how hot it is. This really needs to be fixed! It makes staying there super uncomfortable and hot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
