The WORST service I have ever experienced. The place was basically empty and our waitress managed to mess my order up and didn't check on our table once. It's bad when you have to take your own plate back. Ended up not even eating so I can't recommend anything. Kids loved it though and it's clean.

So going there is good, however my one complaint is that getting a hold of the restaurant to find out about if they have a event on TV is almost impossible they won’t answer the phone

I brought a group of 8 to eat out. Honestly I've been here a couple times and every time the service is either slow or not that great of a vibe. This time it was great being taken care of by Haylee. She was on top of all questions my grandparents had, got our order in correctly and out evidently. If I can request a server when eating there she would be my go to.
I personally liked the appetizers as well as the voodoo pasta. I hope that helps as far as the food review goes.

Went here 2/25 around 3pm with my 7yr old niece. No one greeted us- I had to get up close to the young hostesses like hello as they were talking to each other. Security guard standing there too and was useless as well. Got seated & after sitting & sitting & sitting & sitting & sitting & sitting I had to go back to the young hostesses and say “Can you get someone to come to our table - we’ve been sitting for a while and nada. I have a hungry & thirsty kid.” Few minutes later hostess comes back and says “Sorry your server was on their break in the bathroom (tmi)- can I get you drinks?” Server comes, & she isn’t friendly & seemed annoyed. Food comes & all bad. Parmesan fries were cold, my Cobb Salad was pretty much an onion salad & my nieces Mac & Cheese was blah. No one ever came to ask if we needed refills or anything. Had to flag our server down for the check. I wanted to tip her $0. My niece had fun with the games. Music is way too loud. They’ve been open long enough to be better. No Manager ever came to say sorry for sitting here forever with no service. Hire & train hostesses who will greet and servers with personalities who actually serve. As well as a Manager who walks around to tables and is aware of their staff & customers. It’s not rocket science D&B.
