The service was better during our most recent trip. Several years ago standards for customer service was much higher than today so I don't expect much. We normally only go here for ice cream and through the drive through. The women that work in the drive through are some of the sweetest people! I ordered three hunger buster jr's with cheese the first time I went here I ended paying up to $40.00 when I checked my order the burgers were hunger busters not jr's, then next time no cheese we're on my hunger buster jr's also regular fries are high as well I came from Denton, TX to visit family for the holidays oh well dairy queen. It is disappointing to report that my recent experience at the Dairy Queen in Greenville Texas was not up to par. While the service was efficient, the food was not satisfactory. The fries on my order were served cold and hard, which was a letdown. It would have been appreciated if they were fried fresh. Additionally, when I asked for a menu item that is available at another location, the drive-thru attendant was not very polite in her response. Instead of politely explaining that they did not offer the item, she rudely told me that if it was not on the menu, I should not ask for it. I was also disappointed to find out that the chicken fried steak sandwich on toast that I usually enjoy at the Royse City location was not available at this location. Lastly, the toast that came with the steak finger box was just a slice of bread, which was not what I was expecting. It is disappointing to see that even in a time of rising food prices and a recession, the quality of the food is not up to par. I hope the management takes note and makes the necessary improvements. I was waiting for several minutes while my burgers had been sitting on a shelf, I didn't know they were mine but I saw them there for several mins and then someone finally handed it to me. The lady at the drive through window was the sweetest. We stopped by for us a sweet treat and of course a pup cup and she just adored our sweet furbaby and he was so excited he got a treat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
