First of all you have young kids running your store. And second you tell me you have NO HOT FUDGE?? Like how does an ice cream shop not have hot fudge? I waited about 8 minutes for an $8.32 peanut buster parfait .They tell me they don't have any hot fudge and is it okay if we give me cold fudge. I'm like well I guess if it's similar to chocolate syrup then that would work. But obviously not. This was awful. There were barely any peanuts in it and of course the cold fudge was like big chunks in my cup. And when I asked why don't you guys have hot fudge? I was told that it's an ordering problem. Usually you put fudge in a container to wear it warms up.. I think this is atrocious that I have to spend $8.32 which is not cheap with the times we're in right now. I think it's atrocious. Maybe you should talk to your workers. I even emailed the owner of this specific store and i received no response. And stop letting young kids run it. And it wasn't busy at all. So there's no excuse for it. I feel sorry for the people that have to come in for the next two three hours that you're open and they don't have hot fudge for anybody. It's a pretty common thing to have in an ice cream store. And hopefully you'll be reading this.

The Dairy Queen in the Township of Washington is run very well. They work quickly and efficiently. They mostly have high school and college students working there. They work very hard. I have been there when it’s slow and also when it’s very busy. They handle both times efficiently and always with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen location.

Kathleen walz it’s not the hard times we’re facing if you can’t afford a $8.32 ice cream fresh grocer is down the road you can buy a small tub for a few dollars. If you do not like the children running the store why don’t you apply there? Hey you could use the extra money cause you know the ice cream is soooo expensive.

I ordered strawberry banana blizzard. No banana in it and it was not the way it supposed to be. It was half way melted when it came out and all melted even before I finish half way of cup. No supervisors in store. Better to go park ridge one or Rochelle park one. They are much more organized and professional.

I don't get it. This place should be cranking but they have kids running it. Good to see them working but they need adult supervision. Not organized or a good flow. They all don't know what they are doing so it causes confusion and a backed up line. Another thing is you don't sense professionalism. Get everyone to dress the same or put on the same aprons or somthing. Cold stone is out of the way bit they are way more organized and somewhat dressed the same.

The first bite of my brownie blizzard was fine but as I took more I noticed a sour taste. I thought it was the garlic on my mouth from lunch so i brushed my teeth and waited till a few hours to go finish it and it was still funky. I had my mom try it and she said it was absolutely disgusting. I am very disappointed I’ve never had an issue here before.

Getting worse and worse. Tonight one of the young ladies cared more about cursing up a storm talking about her drama than taking care of the customers or getting an order right…which she didn’t. Please fix this place if you want to stay in business. Some supervision maybe??

The ice cream is good but the prices are getting ridiculous. I think they charged me over $7 for a large blizzard.
