The service here can be hit or miss but today it was fairly good. 1 of the 2 workers I spoke to was friendly. The chicken strips and fries came out fast and were hot. The 2 blizzards we had were both delicious. It's a sad, old restaurant inside but DQ still has delicious ice cream. The people there are great and it's a dairy Queen and it's an old dairy Queen but the salad was really good The chicken tenders were great so were the onion rings and it was just really a dairy Queen. But the people there were so very nice. I was really craving a blizzard so made a pit stop here on the qay home and ordered a small peppermint chip blizzard and then a medium m&m and reeses blizzard. Let me just say, DQ prices for their ice cream is a little ridiculous but they do taste pretty good regardless. We came in semi-late and it was pretty dead, but my order got prepared in a pretty timely mannner and it was pretty clean. got all of my order wrong and got my friends wrong. chicken tenders weren’t good and Queso was cold and hard. HUGEEE spider fell on my friend and we had to kill it with our bare hands. teenager at the register was rude and could barely hear him. never coming back. The young man on the day we were there was fast, efficient, friendly and all around great. They may have been out of the snickerdoodle cookie dough I was dying to try but he made the best chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard ever! They seem to be Chronically understaffed, and when you finally get your order, it's often not right. What really bothered me, though, is that during regular business hours, if they got too busy, they would lock the doors to the lobby/eating area and not let customers inside. I personally witnessed staff locking out a mother with two small children excited to get an ice cream treat, while there were about 6 customers inside, my daughter and I being customers on the inside. My family ordered our food. Everyone had there food but me. I stood patiently as at least 5 other orders were taken. When all were served not one person asked if I needed something. I got someone's attention and asked how much longer for my food. I was given my food and asked for honey mustard for my order and ranch for my daughters. I was told that I could only have 1 dipping sauce. I explained it wasn't for me but that didn't seem to matter. Instead of apologizing for my extreme wait this was what the disagreement was over. Well after almost $50 was spent I hope the owner appreciates you lost any future orders over a container of ranch.
