It's a pleasant experience to taste good chicken strips. Terrific employees meet you at this fast food all year round. The atmosphere of this place is cool. But most guests who use Google didn't give Dairy Queen a high rating.

Tacos were great as always, but the seasoning on the burger was heavy! I wasn't happy with the salt patty. I live in another state and was passing thru, I felt betrayed 💔. Love Dairy Queen since I was a kid. But I will not be going back to the one I omaha cause I found out they are not actually owned and don't follow pricing for dairy queen prices they have their own prices and let me tell you they are a lot higher. We got 6 piece chicken basket suppose to be 6.89 but their price without drink is 11.89. So I will be going to a actual dairy queen that goes by the dairy queen menu pricing for 2024 for 49 states almost 4000 dairy queens. Except a few here in our area that actually does not go by dairy queen prices cause they are owned by man that is franchising them. So he can set his prices what he wants is what I was told by a employee at the omaha dairy queen. So they have just lost my business I will go to a actual dairy queen ill drive that far to do so too. Can’t say, after checking the website that they were open til 10 on Saturday, we drove 10 miles out of our way to be turned away at 8:57. Guess Omaha doesn’t want our money. We won’t be back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Straight trash here! First, with the lady in drive thru with big eyelashes today!. Straight up attitude. Like please work on your customer service and be friendly. I got an ice cream cone and it was not a soft serve ice cream. Seemed like they just froze milk. It definitely wasn’t Dairy Queen soft serve ice cream. So nasty and bland, no flavor. The service was great and the ice cream is always a good choice, but the meat on the burgers is about as thick as a slice of bologna. I want to support local businesses, but the burgers are awful. If you want a burger, go down the street to the Rear of the Steer.

We stopped here for ice cream on our way through town. We ordered a pineapple malt, it had a bit of chocolate in it. We let them know and they gladly replaced it. Erica brought a new one out and let us know it should be good. She makes the best. It was indeed very good! Great customer service to the crew working Saturday evening (7/2/22). Good job. (That’s Erica in the pic.)

Service was absolutely amazing. This particular location has an old small town diner feel. The servers are all friendly and conversational, asking about your day and where you're headed. It was a friendly hospitality missing in America coupled with selfless service. Great to see it here. Food was great too. Not even a solid star... Sadly, this place should be taken down, and another cleaner, better service, and better food establishment should be built. Be careful with the cups they are getting cheaper and thinner. There are some nice people here. However, work ethics and morals are low. Eat here at your own risk. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband and I try to be regulars for “Taco Tuesday,” but over the last few months the place has become nastier and nastier, and the service even worse. 4 different times they’ve put our taco orders in one container...I love my hubby, but we’d prefer to not eat off the same plate, lol. We normally have to go back to the counter to ask for napkins and forks...they’re rarely included with our order. There are nasty dead flies in the window sills, and on the tables and benches. This evening was probably our last time dining in. Our food was brought to us on a filthy tray—-no way did they not notice that! Sadly, the food is okay, so we’ll miss that. But the filthy dining room and tray make us doubt there’s anything sanitary about the kitchen.

Disorganized but friendly. I visited here two consecutive days. The first day the manager came to my table saying that I forgot to pay her. I handed her my receipt and she realized I had her copy and she left mine in the printer. -------------------------- The second day I was with two co-workers. As soon as we approached the counter she told us to visit the website on our receipt and give a positive review of our experience. She brought food for the second guy and asked my ticket number. I said my receipt is in my pocket, I didn't look at it but I ordered steak fingers with mashed taters. She said, "That's right. Ok." Soon she came back and asked, "Seriously, what did you order?" I replied, "Seriously, steak fingers and mashed potatoes, but you have fries on the receipt." I followed her to the door of the kitchen and she was arguing with the cook because he made chicken fingers. I told her the chicken would be fine because we really didn't want to keep waiting; my co-workers were almost done eating. She insisted I was getting what I ordered. I received steak fingers and fries. Outside the error in orders, she was very friendly. Update: 1/30/17 Stopped in again. Decided "I'll just get tacos. They can't mess that up." I was mistaken. No crowd, no rush and over thirty minutes later I can't get three tacos. Last chance, failed.
