I'm pretty sure a DQ ice cream should not look like in the pictures. I know DQ takes pride in their swirl at the top of the come. One of the employees, skinny lady, was not loud and clear and could barely hear her. It appeared she just wanted to get my order and leave her alone. It made me feel uncomfortable and go somewhere else to eat. Overall, I enjoyed the food, besides the cone. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We stopped here while we were traveling. This was the most disgusting fast food restaurant I have ever seen. We went through the drive thru then they told us to pull up front to wait. I decided to go in and use the restroom. BIG MISTAKE! It was so gross in the store!! Junk piled on the floor in front of the counter. The restroom smelled worse than a porta potty and was so filthy. There was a sign from management on the wall that said not to put TOILET PAPER in the toilet! Really? How unsanitary!! After seeing how gross the inside was I told my husband when the food comes out to just throw it in the trash that we will cut our losses I wouldn’t be able to eat that! The Rosebud Dairy Queen, with its small town charm, is probably the best real Dairy Queens still around. The staff is congenial, and the food is always done right. Some of the worst blizzards I've ever had. They spend no time to blend them half they time they are melted and won't turn them over so they bring them in cup carriers. The last few times I have went it's looked like they put a scoop of something on top and everything under is just vanilla.. saw a worker stick his finger in someone's blizzard on accident and then yake it right to their car ... We pulled up to drive thru today (Friday) at 10pm--they close at 11pm--I waited for several minutes to place my order. I saw an older lady mopping and she noticed us twice, my husband even saw her look our way. So I pulled up to window thinking maybe she didn't notice us. I waited there for a couple of minutes and still nothing the lady ignored us. I did this twice and still nothing. One star is still a generous rating.

We just stopped for ice cream, I had to use the men's room and I have to say it was the cleanest and nicest restroom I have ever seen in a Dairy Queen.
