Rude employees when I went recently. This little man snatched my card and shoved my card towards me. When the food was ready, handed it over saying “here’s your FOOD, have a FUN night” sounding condescending, childish, and unprofessional, with unnecessary extra comment. Don’t even go here.

Food was good, customer service was laughable. The guy working front counter was either annoyed he had a job or annoyed with the crew he had to work with. But he wasn't super welcoming of us, didn't ask if we wanted sauces, then was annoyed when they didn't bring the sauces we requested, as I had to walk up and politely him know, he sighed and lightly slapped the counter and turned around to request the gravy and grab sauce packets. 😬 Glad we don't live here cause we love DQ.

The ice cream was rotten. When we brought it to their attention they were super cranky and denied it was the ice cream or machine. Smell and taste of sour milk. 100% do not recommend this place!!

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Chicken strips we’re inedible. Fries were nasty and mushy. The kids working there were so rude. I’m baffled this restaurant is still open. Absolute garbage.

My husband asked if they have coke or Pepsi products, a female employee told him coke. Cute, they don't even know what they sell? I called there tonite to ask about a product, some kid answers the phone, WHAAAAAA SUUUUPPPPP?!!! seriously this place is a TRAINWRECK!!!!!! RUN AWAY VERY FAST, NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION. We live locally thank goodness we are not just driving thru. We have options in town other than this ill ran establishment. It is by far the most unprofessional place you will encounter in Cle Elum and for miles around. And honestly, do you REALLY want someone like this touching your food??!!! Who knows what all goes on in this place. What a disaster.

Ok so I ordered a burger and when I was eating it I saw that there was a cat in it and it didn't taste good so I went and complained
And so I told Ryder and he was so sorry he felt so bad he took me to the back of the restaurant and behind the restaurant there was a Airbus A380 Jet and he took me to have a 5 star meal made by gordon ramsay
And it was so good now my stomach feels better and I can now forget I ate a cat

Some places never change. Lived here for over 25 years, this place has always been kind of a disaster. They staff the store strictly with teenagers, which is fine, except they are untrained and rude. This leads to waiting a LOOOOONG time for your food. Upwards of 20 minutes if it's busy. Usually the food is fine, it's dairy queen, and the ice cream is always good, but EXTREMELY expensive. Every time I come here I'm reminded in why I haven't been here in 6+ months.
