Second time here at this location and it seems for the black fat girl at the window that she don’t like customer. I nicely ask for a receipt and she just handle the change back to me and slam the window.
On Friday I purchased a banana split and 3 cones and she was overcharging me, so I let her know and she just slammed the window and fixed. She gave me a PLAIN BANANA SPLIT ALL MELTED and she was gossip w her friends (maybe about me) but I don’t care. I’ll not give her my hard earned money. If she don’t LIKE CUSTOMERS she needs to stay home. WORST DQ EVER. Don’t go HERE. They’ll try to charged you EXTRA plus give you attitude. The store manager needs to do better, about training this girls on the window. That’s making y’all looked bad. I’ll also report this to HEAD QUARTERS and BBB

Actually zero stars. My son got raw chicken strips, he bit into one thinking it was fatty. But no it was all raw tenders!! So disgusting and unbelievable. My kid better not get sick. We are so angry!
Food is great! Service, not so much. Young people seem to work here. Not greeted right away. Was standing several minutes before someone said hello. Hoping it improves.

Probably the worst service at a dq ever. I stood at the register to order for 6 minutes while 4 or 5 girls were making drinks. Not one acknowledged me during that time. I ordered to go and then when I asked for a condiment the heavy girl with dreads gave me attitude.

Went to drive-thru after work to get a belt buster and to get a blizzard . I asked the girl at the window to put a lid on my blizzard... she scooped the ice cream off the top which was about a whole scoop to make it flat to put a flat lid on it. 😡 Really didn't think I needed to tell her to put a round lid on it, thinking that would be common sense 😳...for most people it would have been. That location in China Grove takes forever too. I tried going inside to order at the counter to go another time before and that took even longer.The last time I went I had to ask for my credit card back because the cashier set it down and walked to talk to her coworkers, they tried to explain to me that the card doesn't go through right away. 🙄yeah right if you say so!! !I've always loved the ice cream at Dairy Queen. They just need better workers.
