Been here a few times now and it always has great food and service! The burgers and fries are always fresh!! The chicken tenders always have plenty of sauce. Ice cream is always good and never runny. Place is very clean inside and the staff is wonderful. Greet you coming in, extra friendly when you order and they say bye with well wishes when you leave. Best DQ I've ever been to!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I will never go back to this DQ again. After a mix-uo with my cake order the manager, Amy, was extremely rude. Then I asked to speak with the owner and Matt, the other manager, posed as the owner. How deceitful! Instead of saying I am sorry they told me to take it up with corporate and they do not want me as a customer. Well, guess what myself, my family and friends will not be spending their money at this location. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went here the other day and it looked like they were closing early because the signs said 10:00 p.m. for Saturday on the drive-thru and the door but it looked like they were closing early. I went inside and they said they were closed but because the sign was wrong they would hand mix my blizzards. Dominic was a great customer experience in the days after covid when I all but lost hope that customer service still existed most places because nobody cares anymore. Thank you Dominic we will definitely be back. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Came in here to get a birthday cake for my grandsons. Can't even read the writing. And they're extremely rude. And refuse to rewrite on the cake. I will never be back here!

We are definitely an ice cream family. We get ice cream 2 days a week minimum. Dairy Queen is reliable for late hours and great ice cream. I prefer their blizzards as to my wife and child. Never have anything bad to say about this particular establishment. Everybody loves ice cream. The service here was friendly fast and sometimes you have to wait maybe 10 minutes for an ice cream if there's a line.

I often ponder life's great mysteries. Why aren't there Dairy Queen Grills in the Woodward Corridor? How come I have to get to Utica for some onion rings and a Dilly bar? Dairy Queen sits a good 2 miles off I-96, regardless of what the travel signs tell you. They lie. I drove almost to the point of turning around, certain I missed the place, but I'm glad I resisted that (and Sanders' Fudge's) siren song. This is an excellent little DQ that hits all the spots for fast food. They boast a great staff who took our orders, prepared them quickly, and served up tidy bags exactly with what we ordered. They even remembered not to put a pickle on the little one's burger, as requested. We had no issues with getting our orders in or fulfilled. The wait time on a Sunday at lunch was surprisingly quick, and everything came out crispy hot. I have a long childhood fondness for DQ onion rings, and they were thick cut, well-battered, and delightful. The burgers are bigger than I remember, but they were delish. Props to the friendly and witty lady who took our order, and the staff who made it. We were very hungry and this DQ hit the spot. It's a bit off our beaten path but definitely worth the drive.
Burgers here used to be great. My cheeseburger tasted like a cold childs burger from an old happy meal. 🙁
We’ve been to this location several times, usually the service is excellent but the last 2 times the toppings have been sparse my wife ordered a sundae with pineapple. She got 2 pieces of pineapple, I ordered a banana split the first time it had plenty of toppings I had one on Friday night and almost no toppings . The employees seemed to be more concerned with there conversation then doing there job. It’ll be awhile before I go back.
This is the only Dairy Queen in the Michigan area that charges $2 for a pup cup! They wanted $2 for 2 tbls of ice cream for my dog. They are also not pet friendly like other DQs, and the door is not marked. The manager was very rude and I will never be back. Dairy Queen. All my life I would always drive by this place. For the first time ever today I actually made the decision to stop inside. I was greeted by the manager who goes by the name of Donoven. Donoven was very helpful in breaking down everything on the menu. Him and the team put together possibility one of the greatest ice creams I have ever had in my life. Giovanni two times made a amazing ice cream the only world to describe it is “exotic” I noticed the store was constantly being sanitized by staff and the hospitality of eating my 🍦while watching the football game was amazing Couldnt have asked for a better ice cream experience. Recommend everyone to come to this place!
