Stopped to pick up a frozen birthday cake like I normally do 4 times a year. I asked Eric to write happy birthday Paul. Eric said NO, we are understaffed. I said well I see at least 3 employees and there’s no one in the lobby, no one in line, no one in your drive thru at 3:46 pm on Sept 16. Eric was just lazy, did not care, said sorry and he walked off. The other staff member was just standing there doing nothing. I always give praise when ppl do their jobs and give good CS. How hard could that have been?? If I had more time I would have bought my cake elsewhere but I have always been given respect at your DQ and always someone did that for me. I will never buy another cake here! Sick of poor CS.ticks me off to be driving to Parker bringing a naked birthday cake. I took a picture of it. Awful service. Went in a little close to closing but had enough time to finish our food. Food took forever but after we got the food one of the employees came by and told us they closed in five minutes we tried to hurry but you can’t force food down your throat after the first time she came by again and told us they were closed and that we needed to leave very rude… definitely do not recommend going to this one. I know it’s not the locations fault , it comes from corporate . But remember how good the pumpkin pie blizzards used to be … now it’s highly artificially flavored yuk . And the Graham cracker crust that you used to use was delicious ribbons of real Graham cracker crushed crust , now it is chunks of crackers , square cracker chunks that are nothing even remotely close to a crushed up crust that was in the original pumpkin blizzard . Tastes like an animal cracker . The whole blizzard is an over sweetened orange mess of artificial flavoring , and crunchy hard big cracker pieces that resemble no crust I have ever made , bought or had . YUK , why is fast food going to hell in a hand basket , especially when consumers are paying big bucks for this horrible food . Edit here … just went through the previous reviews , and it is hilariously obvious that this store doesn’t care about customers or their complaints .. there “relations team “ writes the exact same thing on all the negative reviews .. you know how you end this madness . Don’t give them your business . And mean it!! We spend 50 plus bucks a week here as it’s right around the corner . We are done . Food: 1 Service: 4

It was busy as usual but the service was fast and the worker was very polite and professional. A few Tables were available to sit at and the place was clean. I go here often, sometimes eat inside but also like the Drive up. Never had a bad experience here.The workers are always Professional and Cheerful. The food and drinks are Always good. Not very good-whited 3 min in drive thru no one answered so drove to window they said forgot to put on headset took order got home food was over cooked fries were soggy ,icky not good all around the kids don't care any more just want the money Food: 3 Service: 1

Ordered two kids meals with bananas as the side and I’ll let the picture speak for itself. That picture was taken as I pulled to the side right after the drivethru…literally a minute after they handed me the food! Knew INSTANTLY that they were bad as squishy as they were so you CAN NOT tell me whoever grabbed and put in the bags didn’t know. Absolutely disgusting and will NEVER be going back to this DQ again!! We rarely have an issue with this location as far as service and quality goes. It was quite busy the last time we were there (it was a team group that walled in before us) and the staff made quick work of everyone's orders and we got ours out timely as well. Love that they don't skimp on caramel and chocolate sauces for the sundaes like a certain golden arches establishment does!! The guy that took our order was crabby- he messed up our order- the food wasn't warm and it took forever and the floor by the pop machine was nasty dirty and sticky- we rarely go there but remember why very quickly why we don't Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The person who took our order was kinda rude, gave my boyfriend his food and didn't bring mine out, and then bought my food to a different table so I had to wait longer. Also herd her having an argument with one of the cooks, she was not very professional. At least the food, once I got it, was good.
