The parking lot and drive through is not set up efficiently. We opted to go inside and waited 10 minutes before we saw an employee to take our order. The lobby area had a large puddle of water and the rug was saturated. As we got our drinks, I noticed how disgusting the napkin containers were and they were also empty.
