Well, I know I’ll never eat at the Castle Rock DQ ever again. Health Code Violation. Apparently, pets are allowed in this store. This was NOT a service animal. It was a pet that the lady bought a dish of ice cream for and allowed the dog to eat it at the table. And the employees were well aware of that. Perhaps this is where society is moving. Perhaps I’ll only eat at home in the future. And I have 2 dogs at home that I love dearly, but they do NOT go to public places because they are PETS. Where does it stop? People have pet snakes. Do they get to enter restaurants with their owners as well? Or are certain pets discriminated against? Are cats allowed as well? What about pet Tarantulas? Are they allowed as well? The food was okay. Too bad the hot fudge sundae wasn’t. The fudge wasn’t even warm. The temperature of the fudge is what makes the sundae so good. So they failed on that front as well. The manager was training a table full of employees right beside this lady. So it was definitely accepted practice at this location. Staff was pretty nice! Food was okay but the dessert was something else. There was a hair on the spoon and it had a gross taste to it. The lobby wasn’t as clean as it could be and there was stuff piled up on some of the sitting areas. Can’t they just keep it in the back or something? This place has seen better days but it wasn’t too horrible! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
Ordered A custom itachi cake for my little brother's themed 13th birthday sent I the custom design that gets printed on the cake and the specifics (red borders, writing etc.) August 28th, They sent me a confirmation email saying I would get a call or email if there were any concerns or questions with the cake. We came today to pick the cake up and we're told by the girl at the front desk that it had been overlooked by everyone they saw the order but didn't have a cake decorator. I asked why I wasn't called or emailed beforehand so I could've got the cake elsewhere no answer for this. They gave us the cake pictured for A 13 year old /: needless to say it looks like it was done by A little kid, if you have any custom cake orders they aren't able to handle these right now. Thankfully we were given the cake free for the huge inconvenience and lack of professionalism. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Kids working there were good to us and joked around a bit. Blizzards were tastier than we expected. Only downside really is they cost almost $7 each for a small, which is way too much for basic ice cream with a blend-in. This is the worst Dairy Queen. If the owner and or corporate don’t do something about this location shorting their customers. The dipped cone in the picture was supposed to be a medium. It doesn’t even fill the cone. Then the fries aren’t even the size of a small. Over priced and no quality. I will never be back to this Dairy Queen ever again. Just went back. To give them another shot. Upgrade my meal to onion rings they charge $.60 more for 5 rings. This place is scamming their customers.
Been here several times just to see if the service would improve and after paying $6 for a mini blizzard I think that if I ask for cheesecake and I pay extra for it, that y'all should put the damn cheesecake in my blizzard, the job ain't that hard you just scoop it in, 6th time now that I haven't gotten my cheesecake Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Blizzards

Great experience! The young lady who took our order appeared new but well trained. The food was good, except for the onion rings which were fried a bit too long. More crunch than oniony flavor. Love the fountain drink machine with probably 50 or more flavors. It was a hot day but the A/C inside was frigid. We had to go to their nice patio to finish our sundaes. My son went through the drive thru, got me a Peanut Buster Parfait, extra peanuts. We live 2 miles. See picture to what I got!!! This is NOT how it should have been served!!! What a disappointment! Gave 2 stars only because I called and the young lady who answered was very kind and professional!
