I usually LOVE going to DQ. Not today. I went for breakfast to go. Usually, it's great. Not today. I always get a full size gravy and biscuits. So, 2 biscuits and "hopefully" enough gravy to make my biscuits soggy (ya know, really yummy), today I got the biscuits and like 3 tablespoons of gravy. I mean, look at this disaster. It is drier than the Sahara desert. Well done, DQ. I guess I'll be taking my business to McDonald's from now on. At least they know how to SHARE their gravy generously with their customers. Not to mention one of the guys who I mainly see working at night, ALWAYS has his butt hanging out of his pants. Like his pants are down under his butt cheeks. That is disgusting, unsanitary, and downright unprofessional. They NEVER seem to know how to get anyone's orders correct. I understand being busy and occasionally messing up, but messing up all the time even when not busy. It sounds like the workers just don't care or they are goofing off and not doing their jobs. The gentleman working the drive through at 5:45pm on 1/22 was awesome. His customer service was super polite and I would recommend keeping him around. I’d go back because of the service alone!

I went tonight after leaving my kids doctor's because there wasn't any one there at all. The drive thru girl got the order wrong. Then after paying she handed me a number and asked me to park and they would bring out our food. I asked how long as we all were sick and didn't feel like waiting and didn't understand why we was asked when it was a empty place. Honestly they should tell us before if we will have to wait I would have had them to cancel and went else where. The girl said she didn't know. I pulled around and as people started to come they was parked as well 12 cars. I ordered at 7:03 pm I didn't leave there till almost 8 pm. My food was wrong, cold and then I had to go in and reorder my oldest daughter's food and wait for it as well. I'm a understanding person and normally patient as I know how things can go. I wasted almost $44 on food that got fed to my dog and had to go buy more food for my family as I have covid, strep and Pneumonia. The Manager was very rude acting and didn't even apologize to me or any if the others that had came in for their food. The girl in the drive thru was also rude and kept giving me nasty looks. There was a boy named Aidan that brought me our food and he went beyond expectations, he had offered to go in and put the order in for my daughter and pay with my debit card but I was just not comfortable sending my debit card in. Aidan was also the only employee that apologized for the almost hour wait for our food and that it was cold. Very nice kid. I think it will definitely be a long time before we eat there again and maybe some training on how to stay on task, and get people their food in a timely mano. I would love for district manager to pull video and find out why there was a hour wait for food that was empty when we went through drive thru. If not them maybe ones above them changes need to be made to this Restaurant and the manager that was there needs training on manors. Aiden did tell me who the manager was she was right behind him and heard what I asked and never once turned around to speak to me I wasn't being rude, ugly or disrespectful. Don't go here. Bad service. I went inside due to a long line. I ordered immediately. The car I would've been behind in the drive thru passed then they served 3 more cars before making my blizzard. Priority is drive thru instead of the order of the order received. I asked for extra reeses. I showed them and asked if it was. They said yes. Bull. There were only 5 very small pieces of chocolate.
