Ice Cream Cone
We just left the DQ in Bonner Springs . We ordered a lg carmel fudge shortcake blizzard. We waited alittle more than usual but when we got to the window my husband looked at it and said " its alittle melted isnt it" she said i flipped it so my husband took it. We should have flipped it ourself but we patronize the place alot. We all know if your fast enough you can flip a shake. The first spoonfull dripped. The bottom of the cup was full of chocolate that clustered in the bottom.
Sure it would in a shake but not a bizzard. We should have trun around and asked for our money back. When I got home i called and asked to talk to the manager. She said she was, so i told her everything, she only asked if she flipped it and i said she said she did and she said then, theres nothing i can do. We were very disappointed in the manager. We loved going there but that will never happen again. We will refuse it and flip it ourself outside her window. Suzie Miller
