Usually, I don't eat here. Prices are unjustified, but I had an online coupon for a 1/2 off chicken dinner, so I used it. The meal was very good.

Horrible experience! 2 of us went in and ordered lunch to go, 2 burgers, fries, onion rings and a shake. Customers ordered after us and got their orders. After waiting 23 minutes, I asked if it was going to be much longer. The counter girl asked what we were waiting for. I told her our order again. She asked the cook. Our sandwiches had been ready and waiting awhile. She put 3 out of 4 items in a bag. I had to ask again for the fries. We decided to eat in. At the table we opened the wrappers and found that we got 1 burger and something else. I had to take it back and get the 2nd burger. The food was cold and awful. We threw most of it away.

I’ve been going to this Dairy Queen for 40 years. I’ve watched this store turn into absolute garbage. Today is the last time I spend a dime at this store.
