We waited for over 20 minutes in the drive through for a very simple order. First we were told there were no burgers. Next while waiting for 2 chicken strip baskets we watched 3 employees take out the trash and flirt with one another, one was in charge of the drive through and another supposed to be working in the kitchen, not sure about the other one. Needless to say, it left one poor person to do all the work inside.There was a long line of cars waiting for their order to be taken as well. Once we finally got the food, it was pathetic. There were only a few fries and 5 tiny nuggets, definitely not strips. We stopped going to the St. Michael Dairy Queen due to terrible service, looks like this one is off the list too. This Dairy Queen sucks. Pulled up with two cars in the drive through. Got to order and was told to wait. Lady was super rude. Pulled around to pay and had to wait. Got to the window to pay. DIDN’T FLIP MY BLIZZARD. Handed me three ice creams not asking if I needed a tray. I had the opportunity to watch my ice cream turn to soup while I waited over 20 minutes for two chicken strip baskets. Will not be going here again. 0/5 stars. Very slow, no fudge, no chocolate dipping sauce. Both fries for our meals were missed. We waited 15-20 minutes and during that time we watched about 5 others order and had to return for missing food. The lady in the drive through even came in because her fries were missed. There were three employees and 2 of them seemed to have a hard time processing orders. The cook yelled from the back telling one of the employees to “get up front, there’s customers”. Definitely not coming back. Very disappointed. If I could give “0” stars I would. Quite literally the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The drive through was down, which is understandable so we went inside. Out of ingredients, the restaurant was completely trashed and smelled terrible. No one working knew what was going on, one lady was literally grabbing receipts and throwing them away and then no one would get their order until another man who seemed to be "in charge" was yelling across the restaurant what orders needed to be completed. Four people who came after us got their ice cream before us. My blizzard that took a half hour had hardly any toppings- 3/4 of it was plain vanilla ice cream. Behind the counter was a war zone, anyone with any kind of food allergy should beware. I've never ever ever seen anything so gross. I'll post pictures so you get the idea. We will never go back, word of mouth is powerful- pretty sad to see the place be so chaotic and lack any service.

Avoid at all cost. From service to food everything should be rated at negative five. Had to throw food away because it was already cold and looked nasty. Over 15 min to get the food to no napkins in the bag. When asked to provide napkins I was told to chill lex. When I called to speak to the manager he was as useful as our president. My family walked in the door to order a to go order, there were 5 orders of food. We got told they couldn’t break a 100 dollar bill when the total was $73…… and then they said they had no ranch because “they are short staffed and simply haven’t kept up on it”. We then continued to wait for 45 mins to get our order…….. the customer service was rude and they were not very friendly. Other orders were coming in and out as well. We stood patiently waiting….. and didn’t complain at all…… and when we got our order it was missing food 🙃 Honestly, could have sat down at an Olive Garden and had quicker service….. Just as all the other reviews this will be the last time I stop for lunch at Dairy Queen. Took over 25 minutes to get my order in the drive thru. By the time it came my sundae was melted and my Coke was warm, I thought the ice had melted, no they didn't have any ice, warm fountain Coke, melted Sundae, hot cheeseburger. What a treat! I made a quick stop to pick up ice cream for our family. We ordered 2 small blizzards and a medium sundae. After waiting for 30 minutes, I received the sundae shown in the picture. When I questioned whether it was actually a medium, the guy assured me it was. However, I couldn’t help but notice a chart, also pictured, on the wall that clearly displayed the sizes of the sundaes. This place is ridiculous! Ordered online 30 min before I got here and waited another 30 min for my food, and my food is cold.ice machine was out of ice.Dipping sauce is expired. DO NOT GO HERE!! Place is dirty! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
