More of a franchise problem but DQ is pricing itself out of its competition. Lots of locally owned options for the same or less and better quality. No ice, loud music on repeat, few menu items. I have been dissatisfied multiple times with the same issue m, I ordered the 6 piece chicken strips and I was given 4 and a breading scrap. For the money this is completely unacceptable. I tried giving them multiple chances but they keep up the bad habits and see nothing wrong with what they are doing. I’m tired of being skimped out of food that I paid for.
