We tried the Backyard Bacon Ranch burger and Flamethrower today. Both of them were delicious. The Flamethrower was so spicy it gave me the hiccups. The restroom and entire lobby were spotless. There was even a nifty foot handle to leave the restroom. Wonderful, friendly staff. We can’t wait to visit again! I used to love the DQ on 800 N in Orem, but in the past year the service and portion sizes have diminished. The last visit I ordered two large shakes with my meal and they were pitiful. The ice cream didn't even go past the lip of the cup. Then inside the cup it was half empty. The Oreo shake was so bad, I asked them if they made a mistake and they did fix it. Yet the new York cheesecake was still a crime against humanity. I got back home and weighed the shakes and my Oreo(that was fixed) was 2x the weight of the new York cheesecake. If you want ice cream, just go over to Harmons and buy a half gallon. You will get better service, more ice cream and at a better price. Now speaking of service. I stood at the registers for 7 minutes and no one helped me. The employee was staring at the floor and occasionally spinning in circles. I finally had to ask him if he could help me. Last note, beware of the chicken basket. The chicken is good but the portion of fries is minimal and the bread pieces are tiny and taste horrible. I wonder if they use the fake butter spray from "I can't believe it's not butter" and call it good. See my picture for the piece of bread that is a sad excuse for a half piece of bread. Great first time experience here upon being served by Seren. He was polite, attentive, and greeted us with a warm smile on his face! Got the 4 piece chicken in a basket, BBQ ranch burger 🍔, and also got the flame 🔥 burger 🍔 as well. All were tasty! Of course also ordered the blizzards and our fav one is the Oreo Hot Cocoa - it’s a family fav!! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I’ve been to this location a few times! It seems they are always understaffed. We went recently because they are promoting their app and doing 85¢ small blizzards. It was packed but not terrible to be seated after you order. The tables were pretty dirty they had no one keeping the tables clean.staff is mostly highschool and then are not very warm and friendly. Hopefully in the future train them better. I give it an average review because of the lack of cleanliness and the poor service. Hope they improve those things. A solid score for a fast food place. It is the last drive through oasis before heading into the Provo canyon. If you go inside, they have one of those cool, build-a-bear Coke machines. Diet peach and raspberry Mello Yello for the win! Oh, and let my suffering be your education; the Flame Burger means burn your face off spicy, NOT flame-broiled. Caleb the night worker was so nice! I came at 9:58 because I didn’t realize they closed at 10. I asked in the drive through what time they close and he said 10, I used to work in food and wasn’t very happy when people came in right before close so I told him I’d eat somewhere else so he didn’t have to clean all over again. He was so kind and just said that he understands but would be happy to serve me and was very kind to me. I’ve never written a review at a food place before and that’s all because of Caleb’s kindness. The lobby was clean and the staff was very friendly. Ben was our server and he was wonderful. The ice cream blizzards are always a favorite. I got the new Snickers flavor. The restrooms were also clean. And the store is handicap accessible if needed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sometimes when ordering a Royal Oreo blizzard they don't provide much hot fudge, and other times they forget it entirely. Other than that, great ice cream. Also, the backyard bacon burger is excellent. Recommended dishes Royal Oreo

The line to order was short which was nice. However, all of the tables were dirty and slightly sticky which made it unpleasant to sit down. The food was small portions and tasted as though it had been sitting out for a long time. The blizzards we got were the Oreo Brookie which were tasty!!
