Same old cigar lounge, just a different name. Used to be called Havana Manor but for some weird reason they rebranded. Still under the same ownership as you cannot transfer cigar retail ownership.... Quiet and a pleasant place to smoke during the day, but night time it gets quite noisy and raucous Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
