Food was excellent, hash browns just like Mum makes them, delicious. Wish I had more! Pancakes were good, service from the waitress Treasure was exceptional! Environment is great and inviting. Service was quick and food hot. If your in Tupelo, its a must to stop by and eat. Ordered the Chicken and Waffles. It was very ordinary. Nothing special, chicken was strips not bone in. Seemed like the strips were pre-made and fried to order. Waffle was soft and chewy. Coke was flat. Waitress took my order and mostly left me alone after. Total came to about $18.00 with a coke. Overall not great and more expensive than It outta be for a waffle and two strips. We went here for the first time last weekend and wished we had a better experience. We had high hopes when walking in because it looked nice inside but ended up having such a long wait because not only were they really understaffed but they catered to a party of 8 people leaving half the restaurant being unused on a busy Saturday morning and that caused them to have at least ten or more people walk out because they didnt want to wait any longer. (They had already waited about 30 mins at least..) Then we finally were seated and it took 40 minutes for our food to come out and ALL of it was ICE COLD. Even the fried eggs. It was like the cook was making eggs and putting them on plates LONG BEFORE THEY WERE ORDERED. We told the girl waiting on us our food was ice cold and she said if we wanted better food we needed to get there earlier. We got there at 10:45 ... Then I wrote them a message on facebook trying to let the manager know what went on instead of posting a review and they didnt care. So beware, apparently you can only get warm food and good service as soon as they open. That's too bad because there isn't a lot of breakfast options around here. The wait wouldnt have mattered if we would of gotten even a WARM meal! If management sees this this, I wrote to you on facebook messenger about this instead of writing a review first, but was ignored instead of even getting any response. So that tells me either you know what was going on and/or just dont care and thats too bad as well. Customers experience are what keeps the doors open.
