It's wasn't a good experience from the beginning. When we arrived, the placed looked a little bit abandoned, still we said, maybe just the outside. We got in, nobody welcomed us, I had to go to the bar and ask the only staff seen if any specific table for the reservation. She said to take any. The place on the inside was dark, not at all like in the pictures. My wife needed to change the baby in the bathroom and they were dirty full of mosquitoes. The order took about an hour and there was only one table before us. 30 minutes for two drinks after requesting it 3 times, the waitress was apparently new. To bad because the only thing that we liked was the food. Excellent taste and looks.

Service was slow. Appetizers, though they took 30 minutes while us being alone, were mostly tasty. They didn't have half the things we ordered After we ordered; they kept on coming to inform us with full minutes in between, when we just thought the food was to be served soon. The bread was dry. The taste was bland. The sweet potatoes and the sorullitos were from the freezer, not homemade.

First impressions were horrible. Table was dirty, bathroom was dirty and without easy access. The appetizers were made from “mamposteo” not risotto as advertised 😩. The server gave us the wrong order. First, she gave another’s table order and left my boyfriend without food. Food was okay, nothing special. Be aware, I will not recommend.

It was one of my worst experiences in dining. Let's get started by a bottle of wine that normally cost in other restaurants $20-25, and their price was $45. Food was very good, but small portions and pricey. There was a band at the location, and music was good, but there was a table literally screaming their lungs out, which did not permit the enjoyment of the music. One of the food orders was lost and arrived over an hour later and uncooked. They were trying to make it right after multiple status requests of the order but made the dining experience worse. To conclude the nightmarish experience, when attempting to pay two things occurred: 1. There was no paper to print the receipt, and when addressing the situation with management, it seemed like he did not care and became extremely agitated. 2. They wanted to charge for a cup of tap water because it was their policy, that's illegal!!!. I don't give a "0" because there is no way yo do it, and because the server wad OK.
Food and drinks are excelente but the service is very very slow. in 45 min all i has was 1 drink thankfully the food was good and fresh and will return
