My coworkers and I looked for a new place to eat Lunch and decided to get Indian food. The newly opened establishment sounded great because they had lunch Buffet. The restaurant was very clean, tables clean, bathrooms also clean. Food was freshly made, spicy and delicious. I would highly recommend if you never had Indian to try the Buffet and find what you like.

Chicken Curry
Absolutely delicious! Quick and tasty in a nice and clean environment. My husband and I deeply love Indian food and are SO excited we don't have to drive 40 min away for a good one anymore! We got the Lamb Karahi and Chicken Roghan Josh with Aloo Naan bread ❤

Grant and I just had a very nice lunch at Curry Indian Cuisine in Gastonia. We went early to avoid a long wait/rush. Several groups already in there at 11 AM enjoying the buffet. We hoped to to order off the menu and were told that was no problem at all. Seated quickly, water glasses filled and never left empty. We ordered the chili paneer appetizer, garlic naan, and "medium" spicy chicken korma and "spicy" lamb vindaloo. Food arrived at a nice pace with enough time to enjoy the app before the mains arrived (each main served with a large dish of basmati rice). Everything was fresh, hot and appropriately portioned - we have leftovers! Someone checked on us several times (perhaps the owner or manager) and everyone was attentive and friendly. You pay at the door when you exit, no issues with the bill! We will be back for sure! I think they have worked out some of the issues that were being faced after opening a few weeks ago. Give them a shot if you like Indian food, I don't think you'll be disappointed!

My wife and I visited here for our date night. We are connoisseurs of Indian cuisine around the Charlotte area, and Curry Indian Cuisine is a top spot for great food, service, and atmosphere. We absolutely loved our meals, and had enough to bring home for leftovers. This will be a regular spot for us!

Finally! Delicious curry outside of Charlotte. I ordered delivery from Uber Eats and my butter chicken and garlic naan arrived warm and ready to eat. I will note that I ordered medium spice level on the butter chicken and felt it had more spice than flavor, and the naan was a little tough to chew - but I did order delivery close to closing time so the naan probably wasn’t fresh.

Butter Chicken
The food wasn’t fresh as you can see from the oil sitting in top and the texture of it. As soon as I tasted the korma dishes I knew they didn’t taste right. So I tried to eat the masala dish because it’s the only one that tasted edible . Well I ate about 6 bites and that night I had diarrhea. The next day I started vomiting and couldn’t keep anything down. Not even water accompanied by more diarrhea. So I only can assume that I received food poisoning. Vomiting, diarrhea and cold sweats all add up to food poisoning. I haven’t been able to eat anything for almost 2 days. I tried to give this restaurant a chance based on reviews and I deeply regret it

I love Indian food!! Gastonia is incredibly lucky that the only purveyor of Indian cuisine in the area is a premier choice.
Atmosphere: I came in with my family of four and we were seated immediately. This restaurant is a white tablecloth affair, which I wasn't expecting but definitely felt a bit more fancy. We were seated by a weird structural thing so one side of the booth jutted out passed the table a little bit and was a little bit far from the table but we quickly adjusted. The place is nicely decorated, simple but you get a cool cozy vibe. I mean yes the place was quiet but I attribute that to the newness of the place.
Service: It was exemplary. The servers were courteous and swift. Our water was refilled basically after every sip. You can tell that is this place is the pride and joy of the owner because care and attentiveness is so apparent. As far as serving I thought it was great they dropped the food and left which is great, I came to enjoy with my family not make small talk and evaluate smiles.
Food: We got the butter chicken, curry chicken, Indian special biryani, chicken Malai kebab, and aloo and garlic naan. We shared as a table and all agreed that every part was a hit. I personally really liked the butter chicken, I've had it a good amount over the years and I can say that this place is the best I've had. The flavor was rich and creamy with just the right spice. Also the naan was soft and buttery and fresh. Overall, everything was delicious, fresh and authentic.
In summary, 10/10 can't wait to eat there again. If you're reading this do yourself a flavor and dine-in or take-out, you won't regret it.

Tried the food here after Butter Chicken went viral on Tik Tok. Got it with some Garlic Naan. It was amazing!! So so good. I’ve raved about it the rest of the day. The service was a little uncoordinated and slow, but everyone was super nice. The environment was very compact, and you felt like you were on pins and needles talking, but the establishment was clean. It gives off upscale vibes.

This is a great addition to Gastonia, and the food is so delicious you can’t help but to continue to want more like a thanksgiving meal.
Can’t beat the prices as well as a dinner for two with an appetizer and two entrees was less than $50 and plenty in leftovers.
Just make sure you bring someone to help you to the car, you’ll leave feeling like you need a nap and raving about the food you just had.
