About
Indian cuisine is what this restaurant boasts. Taste perfectly cooked saag chicken, naan and chilli chicken that are proposed at curry express. You can share tasty yogurt with your friends and spend a nice time here. As visitors write in their comments, marsala offered at this place is good. Here you can drink delicious coffee, tea or mango lassi. This spot is good for guests who have supper in a hurry as they can order dishes as a takeout. Fair prices are something that should be noted about this restaurant. Enjoy the nice atmosphere here. Google users granted the score of 4.5 to curry express.

Great place!! The service is always so attentive and kind. The food is INCREDIBLE! Our favorite Indian spot because of the wonderful taste and quality and on top of that, they seem to consistently bring out the best of the flavor without relying on leaving everything soaked in oil/fat/butter. I appreciate how easy it is to change the level of spiciness and they're always generous with their portions. The samosas were probably the best I've ever had between Texas and California. They sprinkled a spice and salt mixture on top of each samosa and it just made it that much more delicious. I tried their vegetables samosas, and their chicken tikka masala with a spice level of 5 out of 10. 5 out of 10 is has a kick but I wouldn't necessarily call it spicy, of course everybody has their own gradient when it comes to spiciness. The naan was very delicious of course, the tikka marsala sauce was very good and they gave me plenty of it, with a lot of chicken pieces inside. The inside atmosphere is comfortable, it's booths and tables, or you can walk up to the counter and order. I did see two parties sitting at a table and being served. Watch out for their hours as they do close after lunch and before dinner but their dinner hours are 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. during the week, lunch was around 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. I wouldn't mind coming and trying something new. They even offer sodas for only $1.50. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Samosa

Went for a lunch date with the wife. Got the Curry Goat and Chicken Marsala, with rice and a side of naan. It was delicious and a great price. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Chicken Tikka Masala with Naan
Modest place that covers the basic North Indian staples. Good for those wanting a quick takeaway on their way home. Spice levels can be customized upon request. There are three lunch combos each with an incremental overladen serving spoon. The term Bistro is probably a nod to some socio-economic group but has no relevance to an authentic use of the term.

Really good no frills Indian food that tastes like something you would be eating at home that your Indian grandma made. I really enjoyed the chili chicken and the goat curry was really good. No bonus the sparse decor and the naan with the lunch special was a little cold. Overall highly recommended.

Unfortunately, first and last time I'll ever try ordering take out from here. Upon reviewing such positive reviews here, we decided to try it out since we've never had Indian food before. The pictures of food looked delicious so we ordered almost 60$ worth of food, vegetable briyani, butter chicken, chicken Tikka, 2 samosas, and 2 orders of flavored nan. We picked up, drove all the way home, started serving our dinner, food smelled and looked amazing!! But after serving myself the butter chicken, I immediately saw a black hair in the orange sauce. I fished it out and had my stomach turn! The place was already closed but I figured id try calling and figure out why this happened. After being passed to several people and put on hold I was told id have to wait until they reopened on Tuesday to receive a refund since they were closed but after I voiced my concerns he agreed to wait there until I arrive to administer the refund. I arrived 45 min after close, brought the food and showed them the hair we found, they then decided to refund me the full amount and tried offering us canned sodas to compensate but at that point I had not ate all day, I was very upset our dinner was ruined and still have to wait several more days to see if I even receive the money back I just couldn't accept anything more than just my money back. I hope others are cautious and check their food more often because I would have been extremely sick had I actually pulled that hair from my mouth. Absolutely no one wants to find hair in their food, just the worst experience. Although they said it was the first time its happened, I think i just happened to be the only one to see the hair through the thick sauce. I just hope and pray no one has to find hair in their food because its definitely something that is hard to forget ! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

I came here for dinner with some friends last week and it was delicious and so worth it! I have been trying to find some good Indian food in the Rockwall area but haven't had any luck, so this was a nice find. Definitely going to come here again! We got the samosas as an appetizer, and those were amazing. They came with this green and red chutney sauce (I think?). I don't know the name of the sauce, but the red one was delicious. I ordered the Paneer Butter Masala with mild spice and naan bread. The sauce was so rich and creamy and it worked so well with then naan bread. For the price, the portion was also very generous. I got a mango lassi for dessert and I liked it a lot too. I was told that it was a little looser in texture than a usual mango lassi, but I still liked it a lot. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and there's also plenty of parking! It's fairly easy to get to. Overall, good food for good prices. Recommend! We went thinking it was a buffet, but the only options up front were minimal and seemed like it was not fresh. I ordered fried rice naan chili chicken and chickpeas. Average tasting for chickpeas and chili chicken was over spicy, my poor husband who usually has an iron stomach, had gastritis after eating. Kids had butter chicken and rice, my son had a ton of curry and not alot of chicken I'm his serving. Maybe if we ordered from the a la carte menu we would have had a better experience vs selecting what was already there. Either way we were not too thrilled with our Sunday lunch. I guess we took a chance since it had good reviews.
