I’ve been coming to this location for more than 2 years now. While at first the food and service was great, this has definitely dropped off. Given it is the closest fast food place to my home I visit this location quite frequently. And unfortunately the service has take a steep downhill. Every time I go now I am meet with unhappy employees that have an attitude and are not very welcoming. I will definitely think twice about coming back. The kids' meals include a drink and a meal. On the brown bags, they have these coupons that are called scoopies. After you collect 10, you can redeem for a prize, like a free kids meal, sports balls, or a stuff animal like a cheese curd. Each kids meal also comes with a coupon for a free scoop of custard. Their milkshakes taste great. I have gotten the fish sandwich and the cod platter for my husband a couple of times. Food is made to order. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We’ve been going to this location for over 4 years now. And every time the service and food have been nothing short of amazing. It’s the best Culver’s. Even better than our areas. We drive down here specifically because of Mr. Charlie’s Culver’s is the best! Never had an issue! Great food and service. I eat there regularly and have tried most things on the menu. Everything has been great. We were so excited to have our elementary school spirit night here at Culver’s of Sugar Hill. They have the best fast food burgers around and the staff are so kind and attentive. They have a great menu. But best of all they take great pride in service. I don't know if they have a class on service but it is spot on. Never have I ever had an encounter with anything but polite people. That's hard to to find nowadays. Thank you. I’ve been to this location many many times. Every employee has had zero problems with my orders. But for some reason the OWNER doesn’t know how to do his. Telling me a culvers delux comes plain automatically. Yet the PICTURE shows all the toppings. Extremely rude owner!! But I do praise the employees. I will be calling corporate. Culvers has NEVER disappointed my family! This is the best fast food on the planet! I had an amazing sour dough patty-melt with bacon. Friend had the fish sandwich fully dressed. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! The fries were drab and pretty boring, but the cheese curds were outstanding. All in all, we had a great dining experience. Food is always good ! The owner and staff are really friendly ,also the owner is always there very unusual at a fast food place.
