Ruben helped me have a 10 out of 10 day with amazing customer service. Best burger I’ve had from a fast food spot, ever. Jaeden provided fantastic service in the lobby. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Thank you to the local team for caring about your customers and food! We come to Culver's twice a week probably so we spend a ton of money here. The last 2 times we have had to wait so long for our food that they send the same girl out to tell us sorry. They also forgot my son food before that and we had to come back. When we redeemed one of our coupons they said we could get soup and they still charged us. Very sad at Culver's lately. We will not be coming so often anymore. The food is delicious but the service has been sub par. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

What the heck your chicken is getting smaller and you seem to enjoy charging for condiments and not actually giving them to me. And what is motivating me to write a review is my chicken sandwich is full of water. It ruptured with the first bite... I quit wendys and stopped eating there completely over their spicy chicken surprise.

Culver's is a great place for family. The staff are friendly. They have kids eat free on Wednesday with the purchase of a basket. The wait staff stop by the table to ask about your stay and offer to clear your table. It was an enjoyable experience. The food is always pretty expensive for what it is which I don't mind every once in a while but if your gonna ask me if I wanna use the custred token for my kids meal now or later and I say later we would still like the token. But nope didn't get it and there's no point to go back for just that. We would have gone back if we had gotten it. But with the wait time and price I don't have any desire to eat Culver's again... Edit: both of the sour dough melts I ordered were singles not doubles. I don't recommend this location they will just take your money and give you mis made food... I rarely give more than 4 stars, this is one of the best burger joints Ive been to in decades. amazing service, food was fresh, fries were crispy and not greasy. this one is better than any fort collins locations. next time i want a nice quick sit down burger meal i will drive an hour to go to this one. Well we’ve always had great service at this location as well as others, but today they forgot to put a burger in the bag. So we ended up with 1 burger and fries 😟😟😟. Hubs drove back and they did not replace whole order, so the original burger and fries was cold by the time he got back home so we could sit down to eat. I would expect them to replace the whole order AND Comp the whole meal. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Service: 1
