What a great burger place in Prescott. Love the butter burgers, great taste, fries are great and service with a smile. Fast service and everyone seemed very upbeat and friendly. Went to the drive-thru and had a less-than-average experience. I order my meal, pull up to the window, and pay for my order. The young man at the window said they're getting my drinks ready. A few seconds later, a rude female employee comes to the window and says for me to go to the waiting area. I pull up to the waiting area and a different young'ish lady comes out with my order, sans drinks. I explain and she even says that wasn't supposed to happen and apologized. The rude female comes out with my drinks, hands them to me, and one of the drinks is 3/4 full. NEVER going to this location ever again. From now on, I'll go to the Prescott Valley location where there aren't rude employees and much better service. Great fish and chips (especially when walleye is in season). The hamburgers used to be good but the bacon seems to be much skimpier than it used to be. And the prices are high for fast food. The food is always delicious hot and on time, the restaurant is always very clean, the employees are very courteous and professional, and they play Christian music on the speaker system inside and outside. Every time I've been there I've had a great experience. 👍👍

We like this Culver's location! It's close to our Awana's church, and we really enjoy Culver's food. I typically order the Culver's Deluxe double bacon butter burger. This is one of my favorite all-time burgers. The frozen Custerd is always good. Both the employees and the food make this Culver's one of the better choices in Prescott. The food is consistently well made and the staff are always friendly and outgoing.
