Drive thru workers are being straight MEAN today 2/25/24). Afraid to eat my food. Maybe they had some difficult customers (it is Goodyear) or have a terrible boss or something but hot damn are they pissed off. Had me scared haha. Sheesh. Five stars for intensity. The floor in front of drink station was so sticky that my shoes stuck to the floor and number two. We ordered water and it was awful. Perhaps the manager should drink some of the water. It tasted like sewage. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal and my gf ordered the tender basket. Hers was perfect and the staff was great! My sandwich had a line of grisel through it. Didn't even eat half. This is another fav place of ours. They have really good food. We enjoy their butter burgers, crinkle fries, custards, and milkshakes. The prices are not too bad either. If you use the drive thru, be prepared to wait if you go during high traffic hours (lunch and dinner time) as there is always a long line of cars waiting. I remember when Culvers opened in Holland, MI and they had amazing fried chicken and burgers. They've expanded over the years and I'm so happy I was able to eat at one on my way traveling across the US. This location is extremely busy, even at 1pm. There was a long line of cars out the drive thru, but they managed to get through folks quickly. The lobby was also busy, but the team members were very efficient getting folks in and out. I ordered the Butter Burger Cheeseburger and their amazing crinkle cut fries. As always, Culvers meets the bar for quality and taste.
