I ordered chicken strips at first. They came out rubbery and the breading was minimal. I told the staff I didn’t like them. Immediately they asked me what else I’d like. I was grateful! The chicken tenders look like fish sticks and had a few chewy parts that tasted inedible, but otherwise the onion rings were tasty, very good honey mustard sauce, and would rate the chicken tenders themselves as 3/5. I would come back to this location.

I placed an online order and curdside pickup was dismal at best. When I arrived, I used the link at the end of my order to let them know I was there. When a couple of minutes had passed, I used my text notification to check in.After a total of 12 minutes, I went inside to inquire about my order. It was sitting on the counter and had apparently come up 15 minutes before. The owner, Olga, offered no apology, just excuses about how their system showed I had checked in but they hadn’t received any notification or alert. I will also add that their drive thru runners would have seen my vehicle in curdside parking and yet no one inquired with me or their system that failed to notify them of my check in. After that part of the fiasco, I checked my order on the counter (which seemed to make them uncomfortable) and discovered that one of my burgers was made incorrectly. The quality of food was excellent but I was very disappointed in the overall experience. Food: 5 Service: 2

We normally prefer our sodas with no ice. When I requested no ice, the young man taking our order stated "wow" twice. I am not sure why he said that and did not appreciate that statement. Stopped in the drive thru to treat my wife to the flavor of the day that she wasn't aware of. The second bite she took was a huge Oreo cookie so she broke it in half. As she picked up half the cookie a long black hair is wrapped around it. My wife's hair was pulled back with a scub cap on and her hair is red! 1st let me say that I hate to leave a review like this but the youth that work at this location are starting to slip up. I almost ate a burger with a piece of a glove in it. Like how do you know see this before you give it to a customer. They blue vinyl gloves shouldn't be worn when food handling for this reason. Some of the workers were in clear gloves while others weren't My order was replaced but I'm mad that I almost ate a trifling glove because these kids aren't paying attention.
