I went there to try their Lenten special walleye sandwich. It won't be available until next week. So I ordered the double butter burger with cheese and onion rings with a small chocolate malt. Food was hot, flavorful and the burger was the best fast food burger I have ever had. A must try and a must buy! I returned on Friday 2-23-2024 to try the walleye and made it a combo. I received a huge beautiful fillet on a delicious golden sub style bun & tartar sauce and lettuce. I also got a side of delicious onion rings and Culver's own signature root beer. All items are a must try, you won't be disappointed! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
We ended up ordering three times during our trip and there was a mistake with all three times. First we ordered a salad and cheese curds. When they brought the food out, they only gave us the curds. I had to go up and ask for the salad. Second, we ordered two Value Meals and we customized one of the melts and swapped the soft drink for a coffee. We asked for mustard, no onions, and to add pickles. When we got the food, the melt didn't have mustard and they didn't give us the coffee. I had to ho back up and got a side of pickles and the coffee. The coffee was room temp. We ordered a cement mixer to go, asked for dove chocolate, Andes mint chocolate and sugar cookie. Pretty sure it only had the Andes mint chocolate, definitely didn't have the sugar cookie. I also didn't get a receipt for that last transaction. While the interactions with the employees directly were nice enough, I got the vibe that employees either don't care or not managing their time very well. The price was not really worth the total experience and taste. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
Not impressed with burgers. I don’t know why my burger is 7 dollars but that’s the piece of meat I get. It looks like someone took a bite before they put it on the bun. I’m sad it was so bad because I was looking forward to a new GOOD place. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Really nothing special.. like expensive McDonald's with poor service. Server forgot my spoon and tartar sauce. No napkins on the tray, which is a nice courtesy. Chicken strips are tiny. Cheese curds are worse than frozen mozzarella sticks. Just a big let down. Not bad food but way over priced. They say that it is Midwestern fast food. In the Midwest everything is disappointing and low quality and the servers are subpar and HR is terrible (as ive seen from responses to other reviews) so I guess they hit the nail on the head. The food is very good, however, on multiple occasions I have ordered a single burger and it gets rang as a double. I am onto catching this now, but this time I caught it and they adjusted the charge, but I ended up with a messy double anyway. I don't understand why this is so challenging. Today 4 of us went to lunch at the new Culver's on Executive Parkway. It's relatively new so clearly, hiccups will still happen. We ordered -chicken tender meal -mushroom Swiss meal -double butter burger with ketchup, Swiss, and mushrooms value meal -a deluxe burger meal We got -Chicken tender meal -butter burger with Swiss and onions -a sandwich on rye with 2 hamburgers and onions -a single burger with cheddar, onion, pickle, and lettuce. -2 fries Person 1 went up front to discuss it being wrong. He had no food with him, but after some discussion they said the order was right and they wouldn't fix it. No one came to see the food, no one asked him to bring it up. They just told him...it's right. Person 2 then went up there, taking the Swiss and onion burger along with the deluxe burger. They told her the order was right and she stated it wasn't. They had to tear the burger apart to show there is no mushrooms on the burger. They said they would then remake them. They returned with a mushroom Swiss burger. They took 2 sandwiches and returned with one. HOW????? I then went up there and told them, there is a random sandwich on the table no one ordered, and we never received the deluxe burger or the one with 2 patties, ketchup, Swiss, and mushrooms. They apologized and remade the deluxe. I asked where the other sandwich was and I was informed, they told me they remade it. I had to tell them again, we did not get it. I was informed again, Staff said it was remade. So, Person 2 leaves with no sandwich to eat. I asked the manager the following question, If the customer is telling you something is wrong, and the order is not right, the customer has had to tear up a sandwich to prove it, why is there nothing done for that customer, but instead told they are wrong. I even informed her that we came there even when a coworker said not too cause they ordered a burger and didn't get a bun. We were going to give them a chance against recommendations. The manager informed me that it's because people have different mindsets. We never got my burger. The ketchup, Swiss, mushroom burger. We were all late back from lunch. There was no offer of a refund. Flat out refusal to make the sandwich. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I have been eating at Culver's for most of the past 30 years, as a kid in Iowa and as they've spread out to Ohio and elsewhere. I was so excited when I heard we were getting one in West Toledo. I've never been disappointed in their frozen custard before today. The concrete mixer with mint and brownie bites was grainy, not creamy at all, and the mint was only partially mixed in. The cheese curds were fine, and the service was excellent otherwise. The employees who helped us were kind and helpful. However, I'll be going to Oregon or Perrysburg if I want Culver's another time. Do not go to this Culver’s. Is it normal to wait 20 min in the drive through for a burger and cold fries? If so I’ll just go to chick-fil-a…. Have to edit the review. There’s more. Completely wrong burger, but didn’t think to check until I got home. Tried to call, no answer. Service Take out Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

Just like their service at this location the response from culvers and culver corporate has both been slow and underwhelming. I already had put in a complaint with contact culvers and its been about a week and still no word. Is it because they have so many complaints they cant get to them all in one week? I wouldnt be surprised. Still trash and slow. Read further for my grievance.Just coming off of a 13 hour shift and all I wanted was a little bit of custard before I went to bed but instead apparently a medium mixer with 2 toppings was too complicated too handle. Waited in their waiting area for 10 to 15 minutes while 4-6 cars lefts and most of which had shown up after me. Did I get an apology? no, all the girl said was someone put the wrong number on it. Okay? There were two cars out there maybe ask one if its theirs? I got a refund easy enough and told them I didnt even want the thing anymore (at that point it would have been mostly melted). This is not the first time that they have taken exceedingly long on their wait times and I have now had it. I live literally in an apartment next to the building and I will NEVER go back. Also since I live next door people ask me if I have been and would I recommend going there. before today I would have said absolutely. Now I will tell them it is garbage service and to not go there. Save yourself some time and money and just go to chic fil a, better food, better service. I wish I had a mega phone or a sandwich board to let people know to avoid this place thats how bad I think they are. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I had the opportunity to dine in there today and it was absolutely amazing! I got a reuben with some cheese curds and my food got delivered to me not too long after I sat down and the food tasted fresh as always. The staff was really nice and I'm really glad Toledo has a Culver's now. I can't wait to make many more visits in the future Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
