First Culver's I have been in that I couldn't rate five stars. Newer Culver's, needs a little work. The food was great. We ordered two hot fudged sundaes, and it seems like it took forever. We did not time it. The wife finally went up to the counter to see if our oder got lost. Our ice cream came, no hot fudge. They took them back and corrected it. Nothing was said. A simple sorry can go a long way. I have been in a Culver's where I was over heard that my order was wrong. And in couple of minutes I had a manager at the table apologizing. Need to work on talking to customers. Short and sweet, but they need to talk and smile.

I went to get some fries and ice cream and it was slightly busy so I had to wait just a little bit for my things but they gave me not only a coupon for the wait but a delicious concrete mixer I ordered. It was perfect, everything was. Thank u Culver’s u made my night

Both of us had the Cod dinner, it greatly exceeded our expectations, the order taker was very helpful, the various partitions make it seem almost like private dining

Stopped here after a swim meet. Family of 6. We all had butter burger baskets. Food was hot and fresh. Fast service too. They even gave me a free sundae for my birthday. Thanks
