I don't know what it is about this particular Culver's. Every time I go here it's a bad experience. As an African American I have watched several people on a few occasions who have ordered after me get their food before me and I mean large orders at that. Twice the entire line inside has been completely cleared out, and I've been still standing there waiting for my food. On one occasion, all I ordered was a turtle sundae. Several people behind my ordered full family meals got their food and looked at me as I waited there for my sundae. This is my last time at this Culver's. I haven't experienced this at any of the other Culver's. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst service I've ever experienced in an establishment. Teenagers managing teenagers is what I witnessed. Three registers 5 kids behind the counter 5-6 in the kitchen and another 3 at the drive-thru. Yet only one register running, which would have been fine, but taking a double order for an employee to use the 50% off discount on each order. Which is only supposed to be used on one order. Which generated a wait in the dinning room registers. Horribly slow took 20 minutes to get an order just ordered. This location really needs to focus on customer service prior to focusing on employee service. Needless to say this is the worst location in the Northern Illinois area. Couldn't even get the order right. Well Dairy Queen for ice cream and we will get a cheeseburger somewhere else. Very clean inside with people stationed in different areas to insure the restaurants clean and items like napkins, ketchup, etc were accessible and available. Order came out perfectly as well! Decent option for the price but recent push to improve the bottom line should not be done in front of customers. Correcting employees for serving sizes and throwing the serving back in the mix is a turn off. Reducing serving size like fires or the amount of meat is turn off.
