We have Culvers up in our parts and I’ve never once come close to waiting that long for food. I understand it’s fresh but did the chicken need to be offed in the store? Asked why people were getting food prior to us and was simply told, “that’s just the way it is.” Well we will take our business elsewhere. We have traveled all over the US and never had any issues with Culvers. The Destin, FL location has the great food and service we have come to expect. When the owners proudly post their names on the front door it's a clue that this Culver's is a step above the rest. Our hamburgers had that crispy grilled edge that you just don't get anymore. Three tables of retired women were playing mahjong times at the front window area. One of the better Culver's I've been to in a long time.
