The food from this particular Culver's is really good. However, expect to wait a good bit of time after ordering if they're busy. I've routinely waited 20-30 minutes after ordering. Horrible service and attitude. Placed a curbside order and checked in at 12:55 (order was supposed to be ready at 12:56). At 1:10, I called the number that said “if you haven’t received your order, please call.” They said “we’ll bring it out when it is ready.” At 1:25 (a full half hour after the promised time), I went inside to check on it. The person at the counter said “I don’t see it and no one likes answering my questions so I don’t know” and walked away. A few minutes later she said to ask someone else. Then she found the food on the counter and said “here you go.” I said I didn’t want food that had been sitting around for half an hour that they just found and would like a refund. They refused and said it was just made- the bag had been there at least the whole 5-10 minutes I was in the restaurant and there was no heat coming from the bag so I believe it was ready for several minutes before that. The rudeness was over the top by three different employees- the manager who refused to answer me, the employee who complained about her coworkers, and the one who tried to argue that I should accept the food that had been sitting getting cold. I have always enjoyed Culver's. Prices always seem fair and food always seems above standard. But tonight, this location in Rochester was my visit to said location. Must have an excellent manager. The place seemed just a bit extra clean. Food seemed to come out faster, hotter... and the 'ol butter burgers I swear seemed best ever had - of any Culver's. Hello, I actually love this restaurant!! I’m not going to lie, the food is good staff is normally above and beyond. But today I visited the store as a dasher and not a regular customer and I most definitely felt discriminated against. I could be wrong but my reasons for writing this review it to fix these kinds of issue in my community. I came in the collect an order. Of course the lady at the counter was amazing, I was on the phone with my sister so I wasn’t paying much attention. (Remind you I waited nearly 10 additional minutes for my order) no problem. The lady at the front desk even updated me periodically on the status of my pick up order. So when it was finally done, a lady came from the back to hand me the order. She looked me in my eyes then pulled the order back as if she was with holding it, as if I was going to steal it if she didn’t. Or I don’t know what the reasons is, or if The company told her to treat customers that way when they are a delivery service. But I didn’t appreciate it. I know this is protocol (asking to confirm the order before picking it up) but at the same time, that was invented because people was stealing orders, and getting wrong orders. I didn’t match that description. And it wasn’t them kind of circumstances. So I want to say add a sign if it’s protocol and make sure everybody is treating each other the way they wanted to be treated again I could be wrong but I wanted to share my experience

Update: While my initial experience is honest and remains true - the owner and Denise made this right. I thank them both for their time, kindness, and support. The owner and Denise are 10/10 which is why I've updated my review from 1 to 3 stars. I visited this location via dive-through after picking my dog up from an emergency vet visit. After returning home (nearly 30 minutes away), I had received a completely wrong order. I called up and kindly asked for a refund and was met with the most disrespectful General Manager. He was argumentative, rude, and would not allow me to speak to anyone other than him about seeking a resolution. I was expected to drive an hour (including drive time both ways) to return food I had been provided with incorrectly and paid for. I will not be returning to this location and likely not a Culvers in the future. I've taken my feedback up the ladder and am pending response as this is completely unacceptable. I eat here often,they always seem busy. The service and food is always great!! Good quality burger for the price. Use the online app to order, it is super quick! I do miss the frozen lemon drink but I can understand not having it year round. Food: 5 Service: 5

Customer service is always friendly and personable. Not something one expects from a drive through fast food place. Food is always very tasty, hot and fresh. I usually order the fish or the pot roast sandwich. So yummy!! Their French fries are joy! This restaurant is one of my favorite casual style restraints around for the atomepshere, value and food quality. They have one of the best burgers. I usually get butterburger cheese and fried. Many meal options and different ice cream flavors. Very clean always dining, lobby and bathrooms. They have seating outside and drive-thru. This is a 4.5⭐ This is a multi post from two Wednesdays. Arrived the first Wednesday and had to wait for a few cars to order. Very polite person at the speaker. Ordered the one patty burger and made it a basket. They said six dollars and some change. I immediately though ah man this burger is going to be small. Got to the window and they put a sticker on your mirror and tell you to either pull up or pull around and park. Wasn't expecting that but I guess they make orders to order. Pulled around and waited for about 10-15 minutes. It wasn't bad but I was on a lunch break so that was a drag. Anyways...got my order and was really surprised. It was really good and even the pop tasted good. Some places has very weak tasting pop...not here. The second Wednesday was today...same deal but just shorter wait time and I got the double burger...way better in my opinion. Definitely be back to this location, we'll done.
