I usually don't give five stars to a fast food restaurant but this one is really nice. It was very clean except for a few pieces of paper on the floor here and there, but all the tables were clean and chairs were organized nicely. When the food came it was very good. There was only one other Culver's that rated up this high and that was in Seminole, Florida. I had a butter burger with everything but mustard and it came exactly as it should. It was not sloppy like sometimes you see them at Culver's. The onion rings were cooked to perfection and the concrete was to die for it. There was an ample amount of Heath in mine and it tasted wonderful. If you're out and about in Castle Rock, I recommend Culver's. Love Culver’s. Best ice cream specifically the turtle sundae. Wish this location was managed better. Always stop through here on my way home and the turtle Sunday is always a small no matter what scoop you order. Mine was two scoops and you can judge from the picture. My friends and I (M17) wanted to start off our day the right way.. with custard! Pulling up to the drive-through with our 17 scoop tokens in hand, we were ecstatic to munch. We are loyal customers and were so excited to spend our tokens we had been saving up. We ordered 4 custards and 1 kids meal. Keep in mind, we didn’t know the difference between the scoop tokens and the other tokens because it had never been a problem before this moment. The lady(Sharla? We couldn’t see her name-tag clearly) counted all of our tokens and said that she wouldn't accept our tokens for the kids meal(10 tokens) but would accept it for the custard.. we had handed her 14 tokens. She then proceeded to hand us the WRONG FLAVORS, when we tried to be nice and correct her to see if we could possibly get our original flavors added into our custard, she told us that we were wrong and that there was nothing she could do about it. We have never had problems like this before when using our tokens at this location, and it was shocking how disrespectful and disappointed the experience became. It might be a problem with their new management or something but we honestly have no idea. You just lost 4 customers. The burger was large but salty but this was my first time there and it could be an exception. The bun was very good and the custard was excellent! We went back a second time and the burger was excellent! We have a new favorite fast-food restaurant now! The price is within pennies of Burger King's price and the menu is much more varied. I had the fish sandwich. it was delicious, but there was a lot of oil or Greece from deep frying the fillet. There was no tartar sauce on it either ,which they're usually always was when I've had it in the past. Also had a Cherry shake. They're custard is so good. If you don't mind the extra calories, yum! 2021 Sep: Made a quick stop to have a late lunch with family. The place was pretty empty. Food came out delicious and hot. Staff was also very friendly. From afar, the place seems clean, however, the tables were not properly cleaned. Dried sauce and drips were on the empty tables. We finally found one that was relatively clean but still had to get paper towels, wet them with water to clean the table before sitting down. I'm sure staff wiped the tables but Staff needs to pay closer attention to cleaning properly because no patrons enjoys eating in a sticky, dirty environment. The condiment station - 2 of the 3 ketchup dispensers were empty. 2019: Delicious, but crowded. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $30–50

Pretty decent to get a quick bite. The burgers are good, the chicken tenders are tasty, and the crinkle cut fries are pretty decent. Everyone is very friendly and their speed to serve you is snappy. I'd reccomend this place.

We waited in line for 15 minutes in drive thru for the car in front of us to only get 2 concrete mixers and we only got a shake and a concrete mixer, it should not have taken that long. My partner also got a vanilla shake and it’s thicker than my concrete mixer is, more like just regular ice cream. I will say my pumpkin salted caramel mixer is super good, it tastes just like pumpkin pie in ice cream but the service was not great Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Service was quick and didn't wait too long for my food. Buffalo tenders were nice and spicy and can't ever go wrong with the Culver's deluxe.
