Cup of tea and a sit down was a great relief after a hot walk over from Bandipur. The restaurant isn't up and running yet (the owner said it will be in a month or two) but would highly recommend to refuel anyway. The people running it were really kind and they even have large printed photos to show the culture and traditions of the village which were really interesting to look at.

Very friendly owner. And he will talk to you and make you feel at home in this village. The views are good here. Great place to stop for a tea. And the village is amazing, something out of a movie Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Restaurant will be up and running next month, but we were able to stop for a cup of tea! Great views! Lovely people! And a nice stop after walking from Bandipur. Meal type Other Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Gestopt voor een kopje koffie tijdens onze dayhike van Bandipur naar Ramkot. Fijn plekje met Engels sprekende eigenaar. Nog even met hem gekletst over het dorp, cultuur, natuur etc. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hier kann man gemütlich frische Getränke zu sich nehmen - essen kann man wohl auch, haben wir aber nicht. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich, sie sprechen englisch. Auf dem Hof gibt es viele Hühner, insgesamt ist sehr sehr gemütlich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf Ramkot. Der Besitzer hat ein kleines Museum eingerichtet, in dem er die landwirtschaftliche Geräte ausstellt und die Traditionen des Dorfes erklärt. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person Rs 1–500

Abbiamo bevuto due ottimi te chai con latte 120 rupie in totale) sedute al tavolino nell’angolo, dopo due ore circa di passeggiata per arrivare. Vale la pena andare! Het enige plekje in het dorp waar je even kan stoppen om iets te drinken (en binnen een aantal weken ook eten). Een hele lieve familie en sociaal. Daarnaast heeft hij ook foto’s ophangen waar hij een woordje uitleg bijgeeft over de cultuur en tradities van de kaste “Magar” die in het dorpje woonachtig zijn, heel leuk! Ik raad het aan :-)
