This was one of my favorite stores until today. One checkout working and 7 people in line. Quick checkouts full. 2 people at customer service counter and employees wandering around but not working checkouts. Finally go to the fast checkout and couldn't figure out how to us Rewards function. Wanted money back and was not able to get it because I used a Credit card instead of Debit card. Nowhere on the machine does it say that. Nor does it mention you must use the Phone function to get rewards points. Need to take a look at this or give instructions on the machines.
I’m not sure what’s going on but the check out process at cub on Diffley needs to be improved. I’ve been shopping at this club for 13 years and for the last three or four weeks the checkout lines have been ridiculously long, almost no one is working there, and the new self check out is complicated and seems to always need staff approval. In the time I stood there, not only my purchase at self check out didn’t work, but the two or three other people around me didn’t work either. I’m guessing whoever owns the store is trying to maximize their profits and intentionally cutting cost by reducing staffing.
Watch your carts! Predatory place. Clearly an organized price deception scam going on here. I've been watching my cart for the last 4 months and I have found mispriced items 80% of the time ALWAYS to the retailers favor. Be very very careful when buying anything here and triple check your receipts.
Nice clean store in a super convenient location. It's the smallest of the 3 Cubs in Eagan (sooo much Cub!) But it's also the newest and is the closest one to my house so I come here often

Good store. Kind staff and great prices.
Worked for them for three years. Worked full time but never got benefits. They said they would help me with a dentist bill then they did not so I quit. They also would not let me sit in a chair while I worked and now I can't stand or walk.
As I was leaving checking my receipt to see if I was charged correctly. I noticed an item I purchased did not. So I went to the customer service. Cashier Elaine went to the isle to check to see if I was telling her the truth. She came back and said it was full price for that flavor. I said, it said it was this price in front of the item and on sale. She told me no and acted as if she would not give me the price. I said I would take a refund if i wasn't going to get the price it said. So she said I'll do it for you this time. Like it was my fault the price tag was there incorrectly! I am a customer and deserve good customer service. I've been coming there for over 3 years and she has been there the whole time she never says hello or how's your day going and never tells me to have a good day or thank you! Mind you she does to the customer before me and after! I've literally had one or two cashiers thank me and tell me to have a good day at this store! I'm am tired of being mistreated at this store when I come a couple times a week and spend $400+ a month here definitely going to go to a different store!
I wish there was a way to review specifically the bakery. I am so pleased with the cake I ordered for my son's third birthday! Barbara decorates the cakes here and she does a fantastic job. I recommend getting the whipped icing. Not only was the cake decorated perfectly but more than one guest said it was the best frosting they have ever had.
Nancy is a wonderful associate at this store and is a big reason I shop there every week. She is always pleasant and smiling. in addition she is very attentive to her customer's requests. She has taken two of my requests and had them fulfilled. After they had arrived, she let me know. Great food, great atmosphere, and great people like Nancy.

Multiple complaints - Bought pre-cooked chicken wings. They can't call hot wings "hot wings," no that would be too simple, they have to call them "wing zings." The wings were supposed to be freshly cooked but they were frozen so they obviously cooked them and then froze them. The self-checkout process is terrible. Sam's club does it right. At Sam's you get your own gun, you scan everything in your cart and you are done. This is nice if you have a lot of heavy things you don't want to bag. I have also seem many many times where food was being sold that was expired. I once bought a pre-made salad that was literally rotten at the bottom.
