My experience has been above and beyond excellent service with online orders and pickup and any kind of questions problems information. In fact I'm so impressed and satisfied I will only shop at this location. That Includes every employee I have had the pleasure to speak to or do business with. I only wish the manager and his staff could be recognized in some kind of way. Thank you so much
Sad how it takes some time to see all of your items before you notice how poor the quality was. I had an instacart shopper shop for me so that was the first issue I guess. Biggest issue is your DAIRY department. The shopper purchased lactose free milk and the container was BLOATED unopened and DISGUSTING. The cottage cheese that was purchased (4 containers even though I asked for 1) expired at 9.22 and the order was done on 9.20! This is not acceptable! Also ..RANCID. Roma tomatoes -- purchased 5 and THREE were ROTTEN. My friend is a frozen dairy manager for another grocery chain (who uses the same vendor BTW) and was APPALLED at the low quality and what your team deemed acceptable. It's not so much the money as it is just poor quality!
I have shopped here for as long as I can remember. Usually, very reliable for keeping their shelves stocked properly with fresh goods.
Employees are very friendly and attentive. I admit that if I see one of my favorite employees on register at check-out I’ll be standing in their lane even if another lane has less people. I rarely use self-checkout because I like human interaction.
Your store shoppers are also seriously the best! Every order I have ever placed with Cub online has been totally accurate and I can actually rely on your shoppers to pick out the best produce. Which unfortunately is not the case at Target or Walmart and the only reason I still shop there is because they will almost always beat Cub’s food prices.
Cub, if you match those prices of Target and Walmart you would have more customers consistently shopping at your store. I know I would be.
Everything about place is pretty great, the crystal cub. - except the manager working at 11 pm on October 5th 2023. I worked in customer service over 12 years that women is the rudest employee I've ever met here. Her breath smelled like alcohol and she shouldn't be working a counter in the first place. Keep her in stock because shes not equipped to be a manager in the front where she actually needs to talk to customers and engage in any normal conversation.
It's the only cub in my area that is close so that's why I go. There are nicer cub foods. The staff are friendly. The hot bar is questionable. I saw an employee wipe his nose with gloves on and then proceed to serve food. Never bought anything from the Deli or hot food area again.
So I visited this Cub yesterday and was looking at the coupons on the back of the receipt. To maybe go and use one and noticed that they're all expired! Called the store to tell them. And they tell me no one ever uses those coupons. Are there any people out there that do use the coupons?
Im loving the new remodel!! Hy Vee is coming but Cub isnt going down without a fight!! Go check it out it's pretty cool in there now!!

Hours say temporary, but they have been temporary for some time now...when will.they go hack to 24hrs....kinda stupid when you are by a hospital and people need things. Also. You are supposedly open until mid ight, but the doors are locked before then...STUPID...I need a new store to go to
Wow. Big store. Bright and nicely laid out giant supermarket. Great produce section. Nice customer services area and coffee shop. . Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are very competitive.
Not sure who's bright idea it was to take out the hot deli containers. But now you have to wait for the lazy slugs working back there to help you. You might as well not bother they will walk past you ten times and not say a thing. I just gave up and walked out.
