This dude Adrian 11/10 employee he works the night time. Always very nice. Saw us struggling and gave us a basket. This man definitely deserves a promotion. Very happy with my experience at this cub.
I visited this store last night at 1:00am because I needed some medication for my son. Lights were on and an employee stood there looking at us while we tried to open the locked doors. Not cool.

Had the same thing happen as a review below. Employees inside the store with lights on and just talking to each other at the cash register with the lane open light on and act like they don't see people trying to get into the store. It was only at 11:30 pm. Both sides of doors were locked, and everyone outside was confused about why they closed already.

I returned for the 1st time in months after a poor experience. Today I shopped at 715pm on Friday night. How can they be out of popcorn on a Friday? Also in the front entrance they have mums displayed for 24 dollars hy-vee sells the same plants for 17 dollars. Maybe someone should be aware of the Competition? Please read next review

Went to get a 16pc fried chicken meal with sides. The customer service and cleanliness was phenomenal. The food was fresh and amazing, a little pricey but worth it!
Staff is always busy, shelves usually well stocked.
Always clean, open 24 hours a day, kind of a odd aisle layout where you can't get from the entrance to the rest of the store without going down weird funnel of isles.

I come to this Cub Foods quite often and have had good experiences until last week. There were 2 lanes open. One had someone with a very full cart so I went to the other one. Many times I will use self check out but I had a pretty full cart myself. An employee had a whole cart full of items that were on sale. She had called over a manager, I think, to help the checker understand how to ring up her order. It took a really long time. Another customer came behind me and asked the manager to open another lane but this didn't happen. I don't think it is right for an employee to be checking out their order when customers are waiting. It would have been better to have the Manger check out the employee herself or open another lane. Very disappointed in the service that day.
This cub and the Champlin cub have completely stopped caring. Expired chicken and pork left on the shelf. They both will put things on sale and not adjust the prices (yes I was using my cub card that is sometimes necessary to get the listed price). When the issues are brought up, it seems of little concern to anyone. Cub used to be the spot people were proud to go to, and the workers seemed proud to work there. That cub is gone. Hy-Vee and Aldi’s it is.
Customer friendly, friendly service, a bot pricey, but you can always rely on emergency supplies, well stocked...
