The store has gone down hill in the past year. Prices are way up, employees seem overworked and grumpy. They got rid of their baskets for some odd reason. The baked goods were a staple for a long time but smaller donuts and mediocre cookies are not worth it at this point. The meat department guys are doing a great job but most other employees seem to be bothered if you need their assistance. Byerly's prices with a Walmart atmosphere at this location.

I called Saturday exactly at 8pm, and the lady who answered the phone was very nice and patience listening and understanding that I need it a cake for the next day ! And she was able to take the order and have it ready next day at 2 pm :) , she also helped me over the phone in selecting what options for the decoration and flavor and she nailed it! My son was turning 17th and his cake was delicious, with a great work on the decoration and very moist and not too sweet ! Thank you Cub foods 😊
Wheelchair users BEWARE this store no longer offers baskets for any customer disabled or not. Oh and you better have working legs since the displays and isles are not accessible widths. Will file an ADA complaint but when I asked to even speak to a manager I waited for awhile only to realize no manager would come. So this store has lost my business.

The staff at this Cub is amazing, they are always helpful even under the poor working conditions that management creates. Continually under staffing the store leading to long wait times for customers and higher stress for front of house employees is unacceptable. I'm not paying for your cost cutting measures with my time. Here's a bit of free advise if you don't think you can find the money in your budget to pay for the extra workers, cut upper management salary in half. The people who really make money for your company are the ones running the registers.
Extremely unprofessional when the pharmacist and tech laughs and makes comments about a customer. They sure know how to make a person feel like a nobody. After 10 years of service all of my prescriptions are going to be switched to a new pharmacy.

Manager n self chk out people do not honor valid coupons. "The customer is always WRONG here." Brought to other nicer cub in bloomington n no issues.
This woman named Cheryl from the deli gave bad service to me. Before I asked what I wanted she already had a aggressive tone and I asked something and she left me untended I over herd her saying “I hate doing this” like I was patient with her but she had all this attitude for no reason. If she don’t want to work then she should quit to not affect the customer service.
They didn't have any baskets, so I only bought half as much stuff as I needed. The other half is usually out of stock anyway. I would rate this store zero stars if I could. Only come here as a last resort.
I appreciate this store the staff are kind and hardworking people ❤️ I appreciate Will H. Who works the self check out he makes self check out not bad because he is attentive to the customers needs and has great work ethic so I just wanted to say thank you for the many times I've come there and helping me out you are appreciated 😊 keep up the great work Will H. And the Cub store staff team see you next time.
BEWARE if your a wheelchair user this store's isles are too close together and the congestion at the check-out lanes will result in you trying push through only to probably get stuck, if you are successfully able to navigate through the crowd, your next challenge will be to locate a basket, your pry better off forgoing that and only buying what you can balance on your lap, personally since I use a manual wheelchair that is basically impossible and you'd pry have an easier time at a gas station than messing with this cluster mess of a store.
