I really miss the frosted and chilled sugar cookies. Not sure why they got rid of them. Also the chocolate chip cookies have changed which is disappointing. They are now chocolate chunk which I don’t like and they have way too many chocolate chunks in them! They even look like they have chocolate sprinkled on top as well. The chip to cookie ratio is just way off now. Other than that I enjoy their cookies, just wish they’d go back to how it was and stop trying to change the classics.

Amazing cookies! The salted caramel cheesecake cookie was beyond ridiculously good. I'm so excited to see what new cookies they have next week. I love this place and it smells just wonderful walking in. The staff is always so nice as well!

I would like to say that the employee that helped me was very nice and helpful. I went there because I had a birthday cookie and they had the strawberry pop tart. We waited to eat the cookie until after dinner. When we cut into it, there was no filling. Kinds keeps it from being a strawberry pop tart if there is no strawberry filling. I reached out to the store and they apologized that it was “not to my standards” and said that I could pick up a gift card for one free cookie, only at their location, and only within 24 hours. When I thanked them for reaching out but explained it would take more in gas to get it, they said that the stores are franchised and they could not spend $.57 to mail the gift card but I could spend $5/gallon to come get it within 24 hours. I still have them 3 stars because the service was good and timely, the young lady that helped us was very pleasant and the other cookie was good. It is just a shame this is the decision the owners of this franchise would come to.

Visiting from out of town. First time trying Crumbl Cookies. I had no idea a Crumbl Cookie was an entire meal replacement! Very tasty. Never though eating a cookie with a beard could be so difficult…worth it though.
