Put in a 12 box order the day before and they were so helpful! I believe Angie is who helped me initially. Super friendly and to the employees. Help me take all the boxes out to my car. My team loved them and I have decided this is the only place I will go for cookies from now on.!

Customer service is good. Cookies are pretty big so I’d say you’re getting your money’s worth. I like that they rotate flavors every week. Sometimes the cookies aren’t fully cooked in the middle so I’d have to say that’s the only downside.

We had issues with my order where it would not go through since I put the wrong address then had to fix it. After DoorDash messed it up Julia went above and beyond to not only get us our order delivered correctly but she put in two extra cookies . Way to take care of your clients!

I Love the way these cookies crumbl! The little pink boxes are so cute and the cookies are delicious. Great customer service and friendly staff. I purchased the oatmeal ft. rolo topped w/ caramel and chilled chocolate covered strawberry cookies. The oatmeal ft. rolo topped w/ caramel is the Winner! I will purchase this award winning cookie everytime I visit, if it's available. Each cookie was $3.98. Very pricy, but believe the HYPE crumbl cookies is worth a visit.

I LOVE these cookies!! This is my first time buying my own pink box, and I bought Neapolitan, Peanut Butter, Milk Chocolate Chip, and Cookies and Cream Milkshake.
Neapolitan: 9/10. The flavors are strong individually and great together. The icing is very soft and smooth, no sugar grains whatsoever. Definitely one of the best flavors I've tried.
Peanut Butter: 7/10. This is a great cookie, don't get me wrong, but I love to really taste the peanut butter and feel that almost sticky texture in my cookies. If you love more traditional PB cookies, this will be a win for you.
Choc Chip: 8/10. Beautiful. Gooey. Wonderful.
Cookies and Cream: 9/10. AMAZING. The icing is crazy thick, and the cookie tastes exactly like an Oreo milkshake. The best flavor of this week!

Hands down, the best cookies I've had! Flavors are amazing and the menu rotates each week so there's always something new to try. The hardest part is waiting for your favorites to hit the menu again!!!
Buy a cookie cutter for $5! It cuts them into perfect quarters making it easier to share and try all flavors. Yeah - you could use a knife but why? 🤣
Took a catering order to Nebraska and they were a huge hit!
