My husband loves your cookies but I do not like them. Way to sweet and doughy. He goes in every week and buys 4-6 that he nibbles on throughout the week. The problem, is loyalty points are stuck at 42 and when I check out the system does not ask if I want loyalty points, just says thanks. Your employees know nothing about how the program works and suggested I call the corporate office. However, they didn't even have the number for corporate. The number she gave me someone by the name of Brianna had a VM message. I doubted this was the correct number. Tired of spending 15-20 bucks a week and getting no loyalty points. Also, I changed my cell number and I have 10 bucks in loyalty points but they can't tell me how I can redeem them since that number is no longer valid. Why have a loyalty program if the employees can't troubleshoot or the customer can't easily get hold of someone to correct the problem. If it was up to me we wouldn't be buying these cookies any more

I know I'm going to be a minority - but the cookies were not for me. And hey - you can't expect to please everyone. I was that someone. Just way too sugary for me. Felt like diabetes in a bite. Anyway - I do love the company and marketing - so its hard to even write this.... but yeah - its definitely not for everyone.

The shop is beautiful and clean. My first time at any Crumbl store.
I really wanted to try an expensive cookie and was hoping for a melt in my mouth, explosion of goodness but was disappointed. All it seemed to me was an oversized, overpriced, regular chocolate chip cookie. Sorry to say. I guess I’d better stay away from cookies!
I also found the website lacking in information about the cookies and how much they cost.
That blue mint cookie was incredible! The mint reminded me of Baskin Robins mint ice cream. The cream cheese on the pumpkin was to die for. The sugar cookie and chocolate chip were good. Wish I would have gotten the chocolate.
Crumbl is a RIOT! LOL!!!! These cookies are massive, full of everything I shouldn’t be eating at 10pm, and are just delicious!! The staff is so kind and they really make a cookie that is second to none. I hope you enjoy them the way I did!
We decided to treat ourselves with cookies and ice cream on Monday (1/18/21) afternoon. We ordered ours curbside pickup, pulled up, and watched our cookies and ice cream being put together! The kids loved being able to see theirs being frosted. The girl who brought us ours ended up making 2 trips and was very friendly about it! We will continue to go back.
Loved this crumbl! Fast and kind employees! Love the cinnamon roll they had that week!

Today at the Crumbl Heber location I had the best cookies ever! I ordered one of each kind and they were all delicious. The classic sugar cookie had a perfect bake, frosting and taste. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I LOVE Crumbl and have had many amazing cookies from here! This is just a negative experience I had at the Heber location that I think the management needs to be aware of. I went to pick up some cookies and there were a few workers in the back mixing a batch of the rice crispy cookies into a tub of mini marshmallows. As I was standing at the counter, one of the employees (no gloves on) scooped her hand into the tub of marshmallows and ate a handful—then went back to filling my box of cookies. I’m sorry, but it was very gross and felt really unsanitary. Once again, this was just one negative experience, I hope this isn’t common practice but thought it should be brought to people’s attention.
